you guys really need to stop saying that people don't contribute to a fandom unless they're making fanart or writing fanfics or doing something creative where the final output is "content".

i've seen enough posts parroting this sentiment that makes me believe it's not just one person's dumb take, but a growing belief and that boggles my mind.

commenting, engaging, encouraging, and yes, even geeking out about your favorite artist or your favorite fic IS contributing to a fandom. it is vital to the general fandom ecosystem, the way creating and sharing fanworks is!

I have a handful of fan fictions I'm working on but now I'm scared to post them

M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

from the SFW alphabet. I love the idea of rhett abott/miles miller: its so stinking cute and they oddly work.

But mornings would be Miles waking up first and going to make coffee and breakfast for rhett. Being a hotel worker, hes used to being up before the sun so when Rhett finally rolls out of bed, showers and drags himself out to the kitxhen, there's already a hot cup of coffee, a plate stacked full of his favorite breakfast foods- eggs cooked exactly how he likes them, crunchy bacon, hashbrowns, toast with his favorite jam spread on it and maybe some orange juice cause heck hes a cowboy and needs a traditional American breakfast. 😂

But he'd smile, walk over and hug miles from behind while hes scrubbing dishes clean and kiss Miles cheek and say "All this for me?"

Miles just nods and blushes. "Yep, all for you. You got a ride tonight. Gonna need all the fuel you can get."

Rhett chuckles and kisses him again. "I got all i need right here. Best damn thing that's ever happened to me was finding you, Miles."

Cute stuff like that! :D
