Whats funny about Disney style is that they rarely fuzz about anatomy much. (The most anatomical of all, I think, was Tarzan.) It works in motion. But if you want to do fan art its best to reinterpret it somehow.
What are your thoughts?
I find real pencils sometimes quicker than doing it digitally. :)
Watercolor pencils are magical.
I went through the pilot episode of Darkwing Duck and it was pretty obvious that the pilot animation was way ahead of regular episodes. So I picked an interesting static frame to study and did my version of it in watercolors.
Do you like it?
I donāt do pencil sketches every day but I probably should. :) What do you think??
