This was awhile back and I have since deleted the comment on my fanfic because what the actual fuck, but anyway I wanted to share it cause it’s kind of funny in a way, but also annoying that it’s even something to have to worry with that fucking bots are commenting on your fanfics.

Like something I like to do in my Sims gameplay is raise my OTPs from when they are kids and have them grow up together and be besties & such, and then they fall in love. It is actually so adorable, so that’s literally what I’m doing with Ethan and Vanessa right now. They’re both currently kids. I made Sir Malcolm be Vanessa’s father because I couldn’t be fucked with making her parents lol, and I made Alex (yes, Dracula, in case you’re wondering), Ethan’s dad 😁

They are a cute little happy family. I also had Mina in the household, but she just fucking died from laughter so I’m working on trying to revive her 😭

I also have Lily and Dorian in my household just for the lols

So I’m on a vacation from work this week, and I’m wanting to get back into writing Ethanessa fanfics cause I miss writing for them and I’ve been having them on my mind a lot lately & just having more fanfic ideas, but the other thing that’s been keeping me occupied is playing Sims and I’m playing with Ethanessa on there (and the other characters from Penny Dreadful)

But anyway, do you all ever think about how Vanessa wanted to have a life with Ethan, like she wanted to be married to him and have children with him, and that was something her heart truly desired to have with him, but instead she got the fuckass ending that she got?

Hi all! My sister and I work on this list together so that’s why it also sounds like I talk to another on this list because I do lol.

Hey so sorry about rambling on about Penny Dreadful and on episodes about it, but I just really love talking about the show (and about like Ethan & Vanessa in particular), but I have a question for anyone who would like to answer and it is more of a Ethan and Vanessa question I suppose.

So in the episode Possession, Vanessa says to Ethan that she doesn’t remember a lot, but she remembers that he is kind to her, and he says that you know they all are, but then she says but not like you.

My question is how do you think Ethan was so kind to her in a way that stood out to her from the rest of them? This would be more so just head canons because they never gave us like anything to actually work with, but I just want to know anyone’s thoughts on how they think Ethan’s kindness was so different to her than everyone else’s.

I wish I knew how to make fan edits because I have so many ideas for video ideas for Ethanessa, but I just genuinely have no idea how to make edits. Like what kind of app would I even use and how do you get scenes? Would I just use the DVDs I have? I’m so confused 😭

So in the episode “Closer Than Sisters” of Penny Dreadful, the scene with Vanessa and Captain Branson, did anyone else feel like really uncomfortable with that scene? Like I know it was meant to be portrayed as she was betraying Mina and that she made Branson cheat on Mina or whatever, but legit every time I watch that scene I feel so fucking uncomfortable.

Like the music playing during that scene was literally the demonic music playing whenever Vanessa is like usually possessed, she was literally not acting like herself, and he was just being so forceful with her. Idk that scene just makes me feel so icky and like I know I’m probably just looking too much into it, but I hate that scene so much and the fact that that moment was Vanessa’s worst fuck up apparently always gets to me because it just never seemed fully consensual to me, but I don’t know tbh.
