With much excitement we checked out @thebridgeroom in #Sydney's CBD. Whilst delicious we were pretty underwhelmed having thought this new #3hatter was going to rival that of @sepiasydney Sadly not... Delicious meal @missyfrench__ last night. The #steaktartare was subtle but v good & the crisp #Parmesan was a great addition. #Chickenliver #parfait was full of flavour but a little on the runny side. The #barramundi was divine & the #veal also very well thought out but the #cassoulet just needed a little more cooking! The #petitchablis was a perfect accompaniment to the meal.
