kiss, marry, kill: Gwen, Amata, Dakota
âWow, well... this is, uh, hard. âMata is my best friend, so I guess marry her? And Captain, my captain, I canât kill her... so sheâs kiss. Iâm sorry, Gwen. I donât make the rules. If I did, thereâd be an extra kiss.â
nonstop-alexander:
âNarcissism looks good on you, Liam.â
âI mean, have you seen me? Everything looks good on me.â
nonstop-alexander:
âOh, my God!â
âWell, I prefer Liam. But I guess God works, too.â
gwenog-b:
She took his hand, grinning the entire time. âTheyâre about to find out.â Gwen rested her free hand on his shoulder. âNope. Iâm about as solo as they come this evening. Although I could probably punch you if youâre looking for that kind of drama.â She paused. âIâm kidding of course. About the punching thing, not the date thing. I am alone tonight, yes.â
âNo, no. Iâll pass on the punching, thanks.â Liam said with a laugh, holding one hand up defensively. âAt least I wonât have to worry about some jealous bloke. Although I have to ask, is there someone you wanted to come with?â
gwenog-b:
âI was asking myself the same thing. Donât these people know Iâm basically a dance teacher.â She teased before nodding. âI would love to dance.â Gwen replied before grinning. âSo did you come here with anyone or are you flying solo?â
He held his hand out, laughing softly. âThey donât know what theyâre missing out on apparently.â Liam led her to the floor, placing his hand on her waist. âJust little olâ me tonight. Am I going to have to worry about some guy punching me for stealing his date?â
malia-goyle:
âI guess so,â Malia said with a laugh. âSo, my fellow Hufflepuff graduate, have you been enjoying the summer?â
âProbably could have done more to enjoy it. But instead Iâve thrown myself into my work,â Liam replied with a shrug. âHow about yourself?â
nonstop-alexander:
âI would try returning you and getting someone hotter, but I fear I might find trouble doing that.â Alex offered with a grin. When Liam spoke next, he quirked his eyebrows. âKinky.â
âYou definitely would. Iâm a catch.â He said with a slight pout. âYouâd think that, wouldnât you? I could just use you for housework. You donât know. â
gwenog-b:
âMaybe Iâm just sitting this one out?â She mused, waggling her brows. âBut youâre right. No one asked so Iâm here.â
âAnd how is that possible?â Liam asked as if it personally offended him. âWeâll just have to fix that, wonât we. Care to dance?â
âIâm surprised to find you over here instead of out there on the dance floor,â Liam said with a smirk as he approached. âDonât tell me that nobody asked you?â
@gwenog-b
nonstop-alexander:
âAw, thatâs a crap present.â Alexander said with a grin. âAnd no problem. Anything for you, babe.â
âWell too bad. No returns. Youâre stuck with me until you can regift me.â Liam teased, smirking at his friend. âAnything you say? Oh my. I could get dangerous with that.â
malia-goyle:
âThank you,â Malia put the shoes in the chair and smiled. âWell, I say we go get a drink. Iâm pretty sure one of thems been spiked but thereâs got to be something here that isnât spiked. I mean unless you want the spiked punch? I heard itâs terribly done though.â
He threw his coat over the shoes, hiding them from sight. âThere. Itâs our little secret,â he said with a smirk. âWell, unless thereâs a way to tell which one it is, I guess weâll just have to surprise ourselves.â
malia-goyle:
âYou know what? Youâre right.â Malia smiled and slipped off her shoes. âThere we go much better,â She said laughing. âIâm already taller than most people here so Heels really donât matter.â
He offered to take them from her, gesturing to his seat with his free hand. âLeave them in my chair. I was just going to take my jacket off, we can use it to cover them. No one will even know.â
amatalestrange:
âOh, right, of course.â Amata replied, nodding her head reassuringly. Almost instantaneously, the pang of jealousy that had gripped her heart seconds before released. She already felt ridiculous about the entire thing. âSo youâre more of a Leaky Cauldron kind of guy now?â Amata replied, pausing only to stretch her legs out against the blanket. She hummed. âI see how it is.â Amata couldnât help but chuckle as she, once again, teased Liam. Not that she couldnât blame him, though. After graduating, most people had no reason to return to Hogsmeade. Not unless they lived, or worked here. âI am, yeah.â Was it the smartest decision? Probably not. She already had enough things stacked on her plate, not to mention her monthly affliction she also had to deal with. âAlura really wants to join the Harpies next year.â Amata continued. âShe wants me to try out to, but I donât know.âÂ
âNo, not really. Iâd say Iâve turned into the âdrink at home by myself after a long day at workâ kinda of guy now, sadly.â Heâd turned into quite the hermit since graduating, only leaving his flat to go to work. Sure, he managed to make some of the events around town, but he only stayed for a little while before he headed back home. Liam was a little taken aback by her answer. âOh, really? Sounds like you have even less free time on your hands than I do.â He nodded when she expressed her doubts on try outs, heâd been in her position just a few months ago. âYou know, quidditch is fun. I loved playing at school. But Iâm really glad I didnât pursue it as a career. You should just ask yourself if itâs what you really want or if youâd rather focus on something else.â
malia-goyle:
âNo, you donât get to complain. Do you see these heels? Too tall and very painful.â
âYouâre also wearing a floor length gown. Nobody would notice if you just didnât wear them.â
nonstop-alexander:
âYou look like an elf. Whereâs my present?â
âYour present is this magnificent sight. And donât you think Iâm a bit tall for an elf? But thanks for the compliment. Really, means a lot, you ass.â
honorxvance:
âWell you look dashing,â Honor says, âIf it makes you feel better, Iâm ready to take off these hells right about now.â
âCanât we just have a casual party? Why does everything have to be so formal? It wouldnât kill anyone to not have a fancy ball.â
