panic attack

Ok, you have been here before.

This is temporary.

Fleeting.

Do not be afraid.

Your inner child is safe, I promise you.

This is a sudden surge of intense fear accompanied by strong bodily feelings.

And catastrophic thoughts.

All stirred up together.

You’re not going to die now.

Breathe. Pace. Drink. Get air. Water your face.

Talk. Cuddle.

Remember this is a fear “false alarm.”

This is your primal fight or flight innate bodily function.

Your mind and body is scared at the wrong time.

I am here, I’ve got you, I love you.

Today, I found some space to breathe again.

Space to inhale after an avalanche of heinous deceit from our media and politicians worldwide. How they will pay for the scam that engulfs us.

Finding strength during this planetary darkness is one of the most challenging periods for us all. I fear this time we’re now living in, will be looked back upon as a heinous crime against humanity. How far, as a species, we have fallen, as we remain the only animal on earth who has to pay to exist.

How well the devil has played his tricks - I pray everyday that my brothers and sisters will see this crime for what it is and stand hand in hand together in the name of freedom and mankind. Save our souls. This is our cry into the vacuum of the universe. We’re killing ourselves.

But, there is hope and there is faith. There is love and light. There is you and me, and we are here together right now and for those reading this, hold on, do not be bullied or coerced or tricked any longer. Look in that mirror and ask your soul for the truth, in doing so try to find the strength to admit that you have been tricked and lied to repeatedly over these past two years. I know it is hard to accept, I myself took some time to achieve my own realisation. Look around, God willing you will see.

And remember this, the greatest trick the devil ever played was tricking you into thinking he never existed at all. He does, and he’s here somewhere and knows they’re coming for him. He’s time is soon up.

Breathe. Hug your children. Hold your faith. Your love. Wait for the light. It’s coming. Soon.

- Everyone out for a buck

- People only moved by self interest

- Fake people and fake conversations

- All day everyday we’re being sold to and lied to

- Our food and water is poisoned and impure

- We work to make others rich

- We pay tax on everything until we die

- Neo-slavery is a debt machine

- Money is controlled by central banks

- Who can create it out of thin air

- And lend it to people who can’t afford to repay it

- Inflation is a silent, stealth tax created by banks

- They impose the increase on our goods

- To take more tax on the same goods of yesterday

- We’re not taught anything useful at school

- It’s a subservient masterclass where no one thinks for themselves

- Promotes working solo, not cooperating

- Promotes rules, and punishment for disobedience

- Treat all children the same, like robots

- They medicate the ones who don’t conform and call it ADHD

- We’re not taught about spirituality, our true nature and proper history.

- Lied to from day one, including Father Christmas and tooth fairy

- Not taught to handle our emotions and compute our thoughts

- We’re not chemically and neurologically built for this highly stressed, anxiety filled, corrupt society.

- We don’t celebrate real role models (Einstein, Curie, Hawking).

- Our role models come from reality TV like TOWIE and other moronic celebrities found in popular culture.

- These kids will aspire to be nothing, but servants.

- We’re too advanced from every other life form on the planet.

- We were genetically harvested by our alien ancestors thousands of years ago.

- We went from cavemen to building star aligned pyramids all around the same time.

- This did not happen by accident.

- They hide it from us and our magic.

- For a buck.

- For control.

- There is no time to rest.

- There is no time to laugh.

- There is no time to play.

- All that’s really readily available to help us cope is alcohol, drugs and cigarettes.

- They’ve monetised seasonal flu.

- Lied about climate change.

- They’re taking our freedoms slowly and intricately and not a soul can see it.

- Everything is fake.

- All we truly have is love.

- Our actions.

- Our families.

- A few good friends.

- And the off chance of connecting with someone new.

- It is so hard to stay positive in a world that is nothing but a sham.

- Hold the hand of a child.

- Sing and dance.

- Meditate.

- Exercise.

- Drink distilled water.

- Use your imagination.

- Turn off the news.

- Happiness is inside somewhere, because it sure isn’t in the outside world.

- Mindset is everything.

- Every answer you seek is inside of you.

- The angels are coming.

- The veil will fall.

- Before 2026.

- They know it too.

- Hold on.
