A month ago when you did this to me, I told myself if you ever did it again I would leave. & now here we are, you did it again and I’m looking for any reason to stay. You keep apologizing but you apologized last time, what good is an apology if you just keep making the same mistake. When I think about all the shit I put up with in the past I think I was stupid for staying with those guys as long as I did. And I don’t want to be stupid again, you don’t have to cheat on a person to hurt them. There are a million ways to make a person feel like shit in a relationship and you are testing them all.

I haven't spoken to my pap in over 11 years. He died this weekend. My mother told me a month ago he was sick and urged me to reach out to him. I didn't. I can't explain how I feel, it's a strange feeling. Almost numbing, guilt, regret, I'm not crying or depressed but I'm not ok.

The biggest problem in the world is that people don’t understand how other people feel. Just because you don’t feel one way doesn’t mean the other person is wrong for feeling that way. I’m insecure, and while you may not understand it that doesn’t give you the right to think it’s stupid or wrong.

Someone telling you're not looking your best shouldn't leave you in tears. I have body dysmorphia and I need constant praise on my appearance. But a hundred people could compliment me and one says not my best and I break down. I'm not sure when I developed this but I know it's been years and I know it's getting worse.
