so i was looking at a promo image of billy to confirm to myself that yes, he is in fact not blonde like i see in fanart sometimes and i noticed again is lil necklace that he wears almost all the fucking time only now it was much more clear and obvious which was great!!! since it’s been bugging me!!!

now i’m not 100% on this but i was raised catholic even if i spent all of ccd in a fugue state this kinda looks????? like a saint medallion???? to me ?????? (seriously what is it w/ me and the weird quasi-catholic but just for aesthetics vibes coming up???? dkfjsghdfjkl)

now i don’t think billy is catholic or really religious in any way but i do believe he’s into aesthetics so if this is a saint medallion he’s just here for the look. could alternatively have sentimental value like it’s his mom’s or something.

i also know that dacre had some utterly batshit ideas around billy and his mom so this amuses me intensely.

i can’t say who for sure this is, there’s not enough detail to figure it out and saints are really best distinguished by their iconography but i think a safe bet if people wanted to mention this in fic/art would be the virgin mary bc bitches looooove mary.
