The p9st and cancel 6utt9ns have 6een exchanged, text editing is n9 l9nger at the t9p 9f the p9st, and is instead hidden under a h9ver menu that may 9r may n9t sh9w up when I highlight s9mething, and there's n9 clear deliniati9n 6etween title, p9st and tags save f9r slightly lighter grey 'example' areas that seem t9 6e there f9r the s9le purp9se 9f user m9ckery. The f9nt is a j9ke, titles l99k like click6ait, and links appear t9 have 6een made to only slightly differ fr9m b9dy text. C9ngratulati9ns 9n making the site unusable and unfriendly t9ward disa6led individuals. If y9u were g9ing f9r that, y9u n9w have ten 9f what I'm g9ing t9 gener9usly refer t9 as 'assh9le p9ints'. Someone hissed in Kankri's ear, having seen him interacting with the cool blood not but minutes before, and a brow arched delicately as he stared her down before making his way over to the Indigo Queen. Without a bit of hesitation he wiggled his way into Kurloz Makara's lap and defiantly curled into the much larger troll's chest. He had no fear.

Kankri’s eyes drifted from the menu to his companion and back, feet swinging idly under the chair as he thought about his order, waiting for the waitress to come back.
The people in the room might find it uncomfortable to have a highblood in the space, even a little terrifying, but Kankri trusted him, oddly enough, so what was their problem?
Their problem most likely was the fact that he was a highblood, one that might seem calm at the moment. On top of that he was talking to a mutant of all things. It wouldn’t have surprised Kurloz if they pinched themselves to check if a dream was happening right before their eyes, at least if he had been another troll.
Finally he placed his menu down though, not feeling pang of hunger or thirst and would not order anything after all. Although maybe something small to be polite wouldn’t be too bad. Eventually he looked at Kankri anew, >you mentioned before no one was interested in hearing you talk.< He finally signed.
The motion caught his eye and he looked up to read the sign. His lips pursed and he thought about it for a moment, before deciding to respond vocally.
"To me I sound strained. I shouldn" he paused to cough and recover himself. "I shouldn't use it. Shouldn't outright speak," another pause "but sometimes I have to," Breathe, in, out, "and I get weird pitying looks." The sound itself is strained, thin and barely above a whisper, rough and ragged. His hand rubs at the scarred area of his throat, eyes drifting away briefly. It's not something that should be embarrassing or cause an upset... But it does. The sound of his own voice makes him want to cry.
Whispering is one thing, trying to use what's left of the chords to produce real sound is another entirely.
