Lots of people been asking for updates with My Proud Baby. Well I’ll be going live next week to give some updates with the brand and share some of my small business successes and setbacks. One thing i can share now that I’ve been working on is adding new things to the store like these 3D printed baby Afro picks printed to be a little half the size of a normal comb. Although it was a small project it has been cool taking these things from concept to rendering to prototyping and then actual products. I was able to keep the production local to LA too!! Fun fact: many public libraries now have 3D printers that you can pay to use! We charge per gram of filament so something like this would probably be less than $10! Just a thought for anyone who wants 3D printed stuff w/o having to buy a several hundred dollar machine
