What I wear when lifting…

This oversized sweater and spanx top:

I can body conceal shoes, bunch of shirts, a bulky sweater, and like 5 jeans with no bulging. And I still look trendy and fashionable.

I haven’t tried a huge haul with this outfit yet but I’m excited. Also if you’re wondering how i conceal my magnet, I wear these padded butt lifting shorts and hide it there.

Also, my magnet is from amazon. It’s as strong as a golf detacher if you get 4 of them. I have two and they used to work on those strong h&m tags but becareful cause they break easily

Personally I don't bother with empty box/partial missing items because it seems far too risky. If I just say the whole thing never arrived I can just claim total ignorance: I know nothing! I have no information for you, Customer Service Person! YOU need to give ME the answers!

doing a total dn4 takes all the onus off of you and places all the responsibility on the company, but that's just my preference.

Easy as pie! R— is a bit easier than S—, but they're essentially the same website and have some of the same items, R— just takes longer to ship from China bc I think they do it literally by boat, but the items are often cheaper!

R— in my experience is slightly faster to get a refund from, because while they do ask a few questions, it's easy to come up with answers. I've seen people say it's a lot quicker through bots on the app, but i forget to use the app and just email CS instead. They might show you confirmation of delivery, but just remain firm that you never received the package.

If you have to sign for it... Idk if it's illegal to put a fake name or whatever, or you could order under a false name, but that's a great way of denying any responsibility — "it says lisa signed for it, but i'm not lisa???"

(Remember, your best defense is to act stupid as fuck. If you've ever worked in CS, especially a complaints dept, you KNOW how absolutely moronic people can be. Just embody that! Be the Karen you hate to see in the world.)

As for S—, the most recent time I did a dn4 with them, they asked me to "wait a few more weeks to see if the package would arrive" so I literally waited three more weeks and chased it up. They ask you to agree that you're telling the truth and have no knowledge of any fraud, but this is just to weed out the timid—they give you a r3fund "in advance while they do their investigation" yeah okay lmao, suuuure.

Overall: Pretty Easy, but they can give you a bit of a run around. When in doubt, act dumb, and deny deny deny. Might be easier to use the app as apparently you just get a bot, but I have not tried this yet so I can't confirm!

ladies n bents... If you can, rob these mf blind. They don't ship to my country, so I had to do a whole rigamarole with ordering via an export shipment service (which cost extra but I wanted that shit BAD), but if they do ship to you... Painfully easy! I waited until a few days after it said it had been delivered to the shipping service in san francisco, and got the refund before the items were in my thieving little hands. I said waow, it never arrived :( and they said, omgggg we're SO sorry, can we re-ship it free of charge? and i said you'll never believe it but unfortunately i'm traveling atm so I simply CAN'T receive any packages, would I be able to get a refund so I can re-order whenst i return home? and they said omg absolutely we're sooooo sorry !!

Overall: Use whatever excuses you want (make sure to switch it up a little so they don't get suspish) take the double ups and return them if you like, but they aim to please and it's so painfully easy.

These guys suck. They're onto us, and they'll give you the run around about it. Firstly, they only do CS through socials, so you get a different rando constantly. They only do a refund if you submit ur claim within two weeks of the date ur package was meant to arrive. If you have more than one dn4 on the same account they'll ask you to open a police report and send it to them bc it "indicates a pattern of crime". They really, really want to make it hard for you. I got one of my two packages refunded (the other was outside the 2 weeks, which saved me from having to deal with the police report business lol) but it truly was frustrating and so shit.

This is where empty box/partial dna might work for you just to add variety but honestly b00h00 isn't worth the hassle imo! Do it once and go big or go home, and then leave it for like a year or until you get a new address/new account etc.

Overall: I wouldn't bother unless they have something you really, really want. Don't use the same account/address twice. They're assholes so get em good if you can, but don't spend more than you're prepared to lose.

honestly, your mileage may vary. I had two orders going at once, and was going to dn4 the second, more expensive one—only to find that the first, cheaper order actually didn't arrive. Fuck, what now? So I set about dealing with an actual real dn4 (the irony), and kind of lucked out a bit. The CS got confused, and issued a replacement order immediately without me even requesting it. I was like, damn ok! Only to discover that they'd actually sent out the 2nd order again, which I already had. So I told them this and they pretty much said fuck it, here's a refund. So for the price of the more expensive order ($130) I got double my order, and the $90 from the first order. I chalked it up to being too complicated and just gave the doubles away to friends and family. I have another order coming with them soon but it's only $30 so i won't bother with the dn4 this time, just due to the fuckin hassle, because I must have emailed with them for a week and a half or so. Really annoying.

Overall: Give it a whirl, but they'll prob just ship ur order out again rather than offer a refund. Idk how they do with returns bc returning from my country is a fucking pain lol (and shipping takes two weeks minimum bc i'm on an island in the southern hemisphere) If you think double the merch is worth the price, then go hard!

This one is regional to my area, sorry US/UK folks!

I honestly feel so fucking stupid for all the money i've spent at this store over the past ten years. They were so, so easy to dn4 from. I went on the live chat on the website and it was all over in fifteen minutes. I was worried bc I got a text notification that it had been delivered, but I think in the end it worked to my advantage—"I got a text saying my package was delivered, but i never received it? pls help :(((( " (or words to that effect) and they just said "o no! do u want a refund or a re-ship?"

So, so simple. And I got to keep my rewards points, and sometimes they'll give you a voucher just for fucking up lmao thanks guys! I'm a fat girl, so I finally got to try their plus range, and it's all pretty good actually!

Overall: Do it! it's sweatshop shit at stupid prices, and all my pals who have ever worked in the stores say they were treated like crap. It's too easy not to, they practically throw ur money back at you lmao.

Tips for the Ultimate lifting outfit (autumn/winter/spring edition)

This advice post is ideal for:

1) a female that doesn’t look too young/can pass as mid 20s

2) wants to lift clothing / small items to conceal on body

3) plans to lift mon-fri because this look is very workwear. The persona you’re playing here is rich classy yet immemorable lady working a well paying office job (probably accounting, finance or audit-you choose). You are BLAND (Boring, Lacklustre, Average, Nondescript, Day job worker) lol I came up with this acronym myself!

-TOP

You want to wear a light/pale coloured blouse (apparently light colours make you look less sus) that is flowy, yet modest, expensive looking and slightly fashionable. Example:

This top I wore today is ideal because: loads of room to conceal at the bust and around waist/hips, expensive thick satin fabric (costed $125 even on sale and I lifted it), fashionable wide sleeves which you can conceal stuff in (wear a tight log sleeves top under to secure stuff in) and is modest and not eye catching.

-BOTTOM

You want to wear pants which are loose enough to fit more pants under, yet not too loose to be sus. You should choose a fabric which skims and has a little stretch to it (so choose a synthetic fabric) so that you look natural even with items packed under. It’s ok to wear dark pants because both light top and light bottom may be attention grabbing. Black pants are a professional work look.

These are the pants I like to wear when lifting leggings (comfortably fitting 4 pairs under, could probably fit a few more). You can easily wear spanx under and fit stuff in waistband too. Waist tie comes in handy when I’m concealing hangers on body because i can use it to tie the hanger tight against my body for more security. Choose a pair that covers your ankles (easy for shorter gals). Remember not to tuck your shirt in so that the loose top will float over any bulkiness.

Ps these shoes are a great example of shoes to wear, as long as they’re comfortable!

-HAIR

Your hair is an important part of your disguise. Choose a wig that is different to your natural hair. Think different length, colour, curl/wave, texture- as long as it looks natural and believable! POC should stick to darker colours (up to a hazel/light ashy brown, maybe caramel if you can pull it off). Now is not the time to experiment with fun colours and styles! Remember, you are BLAND. Example:

This is the one I have. It screams sweet, nice girl next door who would never hurt a fly, let alone shoplift. Was $7 of AliExpress!

Wig tips:

Bangs or lace front, you want to be natural and nothing looks worse than a weirdly stark hairline. Don’t be afraid to trim the bangs and the overall hair so it fits you better. Get a wig cap for underneath. Reduce unnatural shine with a little baby powder or dry shampoo. Muss the wig just a little- no one has perfectly smooth helmet hair! Don’t accessorise your wig because a BLAND person would not have the creativity/guts to do so.

-BAG

Neutral colours and structured bag! No pom-poms or shiny stuff hanging off your bag. You wanna look mature!

You might want a small crossbody bag if you’re concealing on body because it makes you look innocent (how can she fit those 69 leggings she took into that tiny bag anyways). Bring a spare plastic shopping bag or two in your crossbody if you need it. Keep your hook/magnet in bra/on person.

So smol and cute and nude! Although I just lifted this today I can envision it fitting a couple of rolled up tops and some makeup in there.

If you’re going for a bigger bag, make sure it looks like a structured work bag. Think:

-COAT/JACKET

I suggest not bringing one unless where you live it’s superrrrr cold like in the negatives. Your wig and the multiple clothing items you’re body concealing will keep you warm. Wigs get real hot after a while!

If you’re not wearing a coat, it’s the perfect excuse to lift one during your trip- just drape one over your arm right at the beginning, shop around a little, bring stuff into change rooms, detag coat, then bring coat out with you over your arm.

If you must bring a coat, try one with lapels and defined shoulders so it looks like a professional work coat, preferably in a nude/cream/light neutral colour. Example:

A coat makes it easier to conceal more stuff under as it smooths everything out, especially if it’s a thicker fabric with a structured fit.

-GROOMING

This advice is pretty standard. Light, professional makeup applied well helps. Remember, a BLAND person won’t have crazy eyeshadow at her boring day job!

Have your nails look nice and neat in a neutral colour. Look expensive and classy. No thotty instagram stiletto nails here!

Don’t wear jewellery, especially on hands if you’re concealing on floor. Bright shiny things catch the eye.

Just be clean and well groomed, like you look after yourself. You want to look mature yet still sweet and innocent and incapable of committing crime. Long wispy eyelashes and inner corner highlight might help here!

Consider wearing fake glasses/coloured contacts to amp up your disguise! Maybe even a fake lanyard with some fake ID thingy in it will reinforce that you work somewhere. Don’t have any noticeable tattoos with this look (small dainty ones are ok).

Wear black flat/ comfortable office-appropriate shoes.
