Do you have any good stories (like you almost got caught, a time when you got something really good, etc) idk it seems like you’d have real good stories about lifting and im in the mood to hear some

um ive already been caught and its not that great of a story lmao but uhh

when i first really got into lifting like a year ago i went to sephora and literally filled my entire basket up with makeup and skincare and whatever and then walked to a corner and pretended to make a phone call while i shoved EVERYTHING into my bag it was mad funny i just dropped the empty basket and walked tf out with almost $900 worth of stuff. i think that haul is on here somewhere lol. to this day i cant figure out how i didnt get caught

another classic is that time i went to petco and lifted 3 fish

and cant forget the time i went to a haunted prison and stole from their gift shop just so i could say i stole from a prison. iconic

You steal animals!? And FISH of all animals!? Stealing them is bad enough but with a animal as small and fragile as a fish you could have harmed or even KILLED them if something went wrong! What if you dropped your bag or something?!

I wanna steal a pallet, specifically ÂBh $ûbcúlturë, do you have any tips?

hmm I havent lifted a palette in a while but last year during winter I would put a palette in a scarf and bunch it up and shove it in my bag, to make it look like im just putting my scarf away. It may look sus but idk just be out of view of other people and act casual. You can also just go to a blind spot and slip the palette into your bag, make sure theres no tags and whatever of course

do you have any tips for Sephora specifically?

just be on the look out for SA’s and LP i guess. Look for blind spots and conceal there. When i go to sephora i usually wear a jacket that has pockets that are on the inside so i can slip the items into there. I havent lifted from there (or in general) in a while so my tips may be outdated idk. Just be careful and trust your gut i guess. if anyone has other tips feel free to add on

hey so i've been lifting for a couple months but just stumbled across the lifting community on tumblr (which has fucking amazing tips and i don't know how i haven't been caught at this point) anddd i don't really know what the acronyms that y'all use mean. i was wondering if you could make a list of what the basic acronyms mean??

The only acronyms I can think of that we use are LP (loss prevention) and SA (sales associate) lol

do you have advice on which stores are best for beginners? ive heard WAY different opinions on if walmart is easy or a death trap

I don't have a Walmart where I live so idk lol but uhhh Michaels, Duane reade/Walgreens, forever 21, etc are pretty easy. Depends on where u live tho

Forever 21 maybe?? (Do they have wallets lol?). I got mine at tj maxx I find it pretty easy there. You could even do like Nordstrom although I heard they're stepping up their game
