The first agent I talked to immediately offered a refund but I noticed I didn’t get the email confirmation so I went in live chat again. I talked to 4 different agents and they all said they can’t help and to contact UPS. I emailed and they said the same, telling me the first agent wasn’t giving me correct information. So I’m trying to get it refunded through Klarna and if not, I’ll dispute with my bank.
UPDATE 2/25 - I talked to Boxlunch agents + supervisors daily since December (phone, email, message, live chat!!). They basically all told me to go f*** myself. Klarna also denied my claim b/c Boxlunch provided proof they shipped it. Literally been fighting for my life trying multiple times a day. FINALLY, one of them apologized and offered a reshipment. I saw the “I’m so sorry” and was shocked b/c all the others did NOT care. You only get 30 days to return so it's too late but I'll just sell it. $100 worth of the items were out of stock so they even refunded those. DO NOTTTT try Boxlunch yall, they were so rude!!! 😭

I went through live chat and the bot asked me to submit a refund claim for my lost package (I did 🧬). It took a few seconds and I got a email a few days later saying my refund was accepted to reply to the email for it to be processed. super easy.
