A quick translation from a writing session with some friends from 09.12.2020
Words prompt: violence, void, dark, quiet, tender
03.12.2020
I debated for long about posting this one and I decided that I should put it out there. In light of the recent national holiday of my country, I did not want to be so pessimistic about it, but in the same vein, it is a truth, one that pains a lot of us. I did not want to post something that I perceive to be so sad, but I feel I must. I would have loved to post the other one I wrote as well, but I struggle a lot with its translation from Romanian. We will see about that. Meanwhile:
*moaște - relics, I guess. Remains of saints (bones, skeletons, etc.) that people worship
*dor - much talked about, so called untranslatable, the feeling of missing someone, some place, some time, some thing
1.12.2020
It`s national Romanian day today (I still contemplate posting a little something), which means I am home and cleaning around a little and I found a little drawing of Venus I did a while ago which I captioned with `Venus is in my soul, where she has made a home and sings, by its window in girlish voice the songs I used to know when I was young` and this came from it!
Hiiiii sorry for bothering you, i just wanted to say that i just found your blog and i really like your writing, cuz it's like so soft and lovely. And if you have time or feel like, i wanted to ask if you'd maybe write something similar to that 'mean child' one. I just loved that title about a kid writing on walls and i kinda wanna see how you'd write it. Love you! ❤️
You`re such an angel, thank you so much for this, it made my day. I hope you like it.

Prompt: mythological being.
16.11.2020
Prompt: deformity, but i took it more metaphorically than I probably should have. In terms of how it came out, it made me think of some Ginsberg poems, so the working title for this was Song - one of his poems I keep thinking of.
12.11.2020, just now decided on a title
Prompt: half-gone

Prompt: memories
05.11.2020
Prompt: I wanna say body dysmorphia, but I believe that`s not actually it. That moment when you stare too long in the mirror and do not really recognize yourself.
Title is stolen out of a Pretty the Reckless song, prompt is fatherhood, poem is horribly personal, but on the Internet I do not have to deal with the mortifying moment of reading things like this out loud so it is ok! And I love too much the way it came out to not post it.

A long one! Again . . .
Anyway, the prompt. I`m sure there was a name for it, but I forgot it, so in a long worded way, it is about the type of sadness/numbness you feel in a big city.
02.09.2020 (I forgot about this one and just now found it)
The prompt was a song that I heard in passing and honestly I have no idea what song it was, so enjoy the mystery!
06.09.2020
I actually don`t remember the prompt. I think it was fantasy or something like that, but it veered into a reassembly of a quote I used to see on tumblr but can`t actually recall.
One day I will find it again and probably be disappointed that it isn`t how my foggy memory made it out to be.
05.09.2020
First one in a series of poems inspired by a friend.
Prompt: ash

prompt: Playlist. I made a playlist of classical music, because I was in the mood for it, and wrote along some of the songs. Poem 5/?.
