I honestly can’t remember a time he hasn’t given me some sort of trouble. I had some business to do out in California, but I’m back now. How’ve things been here?
Slow and booooring~ Not much is going on. It makes me think the bad guys are all up to something.
When aren't they up to something? But maybe you should just enjoy a little downtime. It's not going to last forever.
Looks like it’s time to get back to work.
Pepper~ Hey, girlie! It’s been a while since I last saw you. Tony still giving you trouble?

Two minutes, sir. -exits quickly to grab the coffee being delivered, comes back- I apologize again for the mistake, Mr. Osborn.
Now get out of my office until I find another use for you.
-nods-
-I can't believe I left accounting for this-
Yes sir, Mr. Osborn.
I know you are new here, but it is a known fact that I have my regular caffeine intake at this time. I do not see my double shot mocha espresso latte in your hand.
Of course, Mr. Osborn, that was incredibly careless of me. -pulls out phone- I’ll have one for you within the next 5 minutes, and it won’t happen again.
You have better! It’s my coffee intake that runs this god damned office. And if it’s not here in 2 minutes I’ll be coming out of your salary.

Miss Potts my office NOW!
Yes sir, Mr. Osborn.
M!A Time! For the next 48 hours you work for Norman Osborn
-Blinks- 48 hours? Try the last few years.

It's The Thought That Counts, Right?
She took the gift from him, giving him a suspicious look. “Bribing people now, are we?” She started back towards her desk. “You might as well come in.”
She leaned against her desk as she waited for him. She was angry, but in a sort of resigned way. She was getting used to having to cover for Tony’s absences, but it wasn’t the extreme work load she had to do when he was gone that made her upset. It was just not knowing what was happening, not knowing if this time he might be gone forever.
She pulled back the paper, revealing the bottle. “Did you just get the most expensive bottle they had at the store?” she asked, setting it on the desk behind her.
She fought back a small smile as she remembered his last apology gift. “At least it’s not strawberries this time.”
Tony stood awkwardly in the office, swinging his arms back and forth and clicking his fingers, sort of wishing he’d held on to the bottle so that he’d have something to do with his hands. He couldn’t sit because she was leaning against the desk— she probably did that on purpose to make him feel awkward, which kinda impressed him.
He tried not to smile when she mentioned the strawberries. Smiling was so not appropriate right now, so he put it away as quickly as it appeared. He’d really missed her.
“I remembered,” he answered quickly, trying to fill the empty space with conversation. “I dunno, they said it was nice in the store and I remembered you— smell, nice,” he continued lamely, and sighed shoving his hands into his pockets. “This isn’t going well.”
It wasn't very often that Tony got flustered, and if she wasn't so angry at him for disappearing, she might even be laughing. She let him finish rambling before placing the perfume behind her on the desk. "Yeah. Not so much. Things tend to be a bit awkward after their boss disappears without a trace. Or a phone call."
She stood up suddenly. "Seriously. Without even a text, Tony. Do you know how busy I've been, trying to cover for you? How worried I was?" She
