Pokémon Event: Shiny Xerneas!

To celebrate the latest season of the Pokémon anime (XYZ), three wifi events will be distributed to all Gen VI games! Next up is the X legendary Xerneas! And as an additional bonus this mascot legendary comes shiny, which is impossible to obtain through normal gameplay, so don’t pass up on your chance to grab yours! The event runs from now until May 17th. To grab your very own Shiny Xerneas, follow the instructions below:

Make sure your 3DS is connected to the internet.

Open up the Gen VI game of your choice.

From the main menu go to Mystery Gift.

Select Receive Gift and then select Get Via Internet.

When prompted to connect to the internet select Yes.

Select Wow! It’s a Shiny Xerneas (It should be the only option)

Once received visit any Pokémon Center to pick up your new mon!
