Sitting at work thinking about the silly lightning girlie. Thinking about how her rage is explosive, but (usually) justified-- she might not be a particularly kind person, but she doesn't go out of her way to be an ass. Not unless she thinks you deserve it.

This does include those that are in positions of power, sadly. As she's very anti-establishment, she pretty much hates any form of leadership or authority. She butts heads with the people in charge a lot, hence why she doesn't align herself with any specific faction or anything.

She's not the heroic type, she won't go out of her way to save someone, not unless she cares enough about them. She's kind of wrapped herself up in a shell of coldness, to keep everyone at arms' length. Where Malachite would be kind of awkward and not really realise that he's being intimidating or looking mean, Volt will actively wear the resting bitch face, in an attempt to get others to leave her alone.

It's very rare that the façade breaks and the true feelings buried within come out. You might catch glimpses, sparks (heh) of said emotions, but unless it's anger, she keeps most things buried within. Where nobody can see or hurt them.

She's definitely a "stay at home and order take-out" kinda gal, rather than the "we should go out and eat out". Despite the exterior of her personality, though, she's actually very in-tune with fashion and trends. She takes great pride and care in the way she looks.
