um I am having problems making Storms story, I wrote it and when I went to submit it it said there was a link in the question so I have to rewrite the whole thing so it might be a bit longer to write it

Hmm ok how about Storm got caught in a trap( one of the traps that just shoots a net) and they found him and waited for him to grow into an adult( so he would be harder to kill) but during his cubhood, yes I call baby dragons cubs, they made people pay money to see him. Sorry for the misunderstanding, I guess I should have asked for more information :P

Though do keep in mind Fira and her family first resided on the mainland in the Alps so they wouldn’t be near the ocean, the vikings would have had to come up the river which would take them near/past the humans residing beneath the mountain. That village is made up of cruel, aggressive, power hungry people who made dragon slaying apart of their culture. A child would only become an adult after hunting and slaying their first dragon, they would then create their first dragon skin clothing from the hide of their prize and place it’s head on a stake to display as a trophy.

Gruesome people.

If the vikings who took Storm came there they’d have some competition unless they snuck around or set up a trade of some kind.

How come you don't have a blog for Runa? Unless you do and I don't know about it. Don't get me wrong I think Fira is awesome, I'm just curious about Runa and who she is. Also I will tell you Storm's story but I have been busy also I am probably going to make it into 2 parts

I had a sideblog for Runa on my old blog but that was also back when I first started out on Tumblr and the whole sideblog thing was a bit complex for me at the time haha. It was more there for info since 1. No one really wanted to rp much with her and 2. I always forgot to switch when responding as her.

Who's Runa? I don't know why I'm even asking this honestly but I was looking through your old blog and I noticed her so I was just wondering who she is :)

what did Fira's parents look like? Did they have golden eyes like Fira?(well Fira's one eye)

Yes, Fira’s variant of fury have golden eyes instead of green like toothless, blue tongues/gums/innards, up curved arm spines, continuing forehead/neck spines (spines that go down the upper neck from the head instead of stopping just on the forehead like toothless) and slightly larger wings and lungs (they live at a higher altitude and their lungs help them breath in low oxygen conditions found higher up)

Specifically both dragons were pretty heavily scarred, her father was missing a few toes from a trap, the right side of her mother’s face had a large gash in it and of course multiple scars from fights with the local village and the occasional pesky dragon.

Fira’s father was a large dragon with a gruff and burly appearance but was incredibly caring and open hearted. Her mother was a bit smaller with a sleek and energetic build with a kind yet firm personality.

I came up with a name for Fira's brother, how about Storm? Also I think you should know that it's actually me Nicole, you know my oc is Flare. I know, I can be such a pest XD and you know how I said I have other oc's? Well I actually do I just prefer to use Flare most of the time.

Storm works for me :)

I'm so glad you like the idea :) I already have an idea for a backstory but if coming up with a name might be harder ( if I am allowed to give him a name of course) I will tell you his story when I finish it

Open Roleplay

The air was warm from the new spring heat as the dark scaled dragon glided over the ocean waters, her off coloured eyes aimed ahead as she locates the rising shadows of land. The Night Fury smiled softly, it was about time she found someplace to rest her wings, during her explorations the dragon had yet to come here and the fast approaching mass seemed to stretch out for miles on each side, the perfect place to explore.

Pulling higher Fira took a deep breath and exhaled slowly, her wings pumping against the air as she flew over the shoreline and further in, wanting to get her bearing a bit before landing.

Finding no one in the general area she returns to the shore and glides down before she lands, her large paws scraping against the rocks and sands. She sighed softly, letting her wings hang limp at her sides as she looked around, it had been way too long since she’d gotten to rest and with the sun beating down it was hard to resist a sunbath.

Moving closer to some larger rocks the fury laid down on the sunkissed stones, spreading her wings slightly to soak up the heat as she closed her eyes, napping on the foreign shore unaware that someone was approaching.

Hey um, this is a lot to ask but... do you think I could make Fira's brother somewhat my oc? I don't even have to use him in rp's or anything but maybe I could give him a name or come up with a story for him after he disappeared you know something like that. I have other Night Fury oc's so I was just wondering if he could join the "family" Again I know it's a lot to ask so if you say no I will understand.

When Howl tried to break the spell on Sophie, and he tried many times, he always failed. Not because his magic was less powerful than the Witch’s, but because it was less powerful than Sophie’s.

The spikes on Fira's arm point upward instead of down, did she get this trait from her parents?

Yes, Fira is a Blue Tongued Night Fury, a different variant from Toothless. She has upturned arm spines, her head spines continue down the back of her neck instead of stopping on her forehead, and of course her blue tongue/gums.

Does Fira have any rivals?

Not any serious rivals, she may be feisty and stubborn but she tries not to make enemies, she tries to avoid trouble if she can though she won't let herself be pushed around either.

What happened to Fira's parents? Are they still alive?

They left her on in island near Berk after fleeing their homelands, she hasn’t seen them since. They feared they may have been followed by the humans they were trying to escape from and instead of staying with her they left to make sure their daughter wouldn’t be found.

They are still alive somewhere.
