I love living in walses because when people ask me what part of England im from I get to spout out my 2 fun facts which are that a shop sold cans of beans for -2p and also that their is a man in a gimp suit that wonders the streets like big foot.

I get unreasonably mad when people talk about Diavolos death(s) in part 5 like he experiences the deaths of every person in the world, mainly because that's kinda ridiculous, if that was the actual intention of G.E.Rs ability then wouldn't it be really easy to show him dieing in more strange and unique ways like if that was the intention Araki would 100% make a reference to a historical figure. This is the same person that names all of his characters after music artistor songs. I personally believe that G.E.Rs real ability is similar to quantum death theory where from that point on Diavolo is experiencing deaths that he could actually face. It would also make a lot of sense that DIOs son would have an ability that is literally a theoretical hell. Araki is very unafraid of adding concepts that he did not invent into his stories so I feel like he had seen the theory somewhere and decided it should be the ultimate punishment for a character literally named devil to go to hell.

Also im like 99% sure that Diavolo was or is supposed to be Giornos half brother but the explanation was cut from the manga because eather some writing reason like he thought that readers would get confused or the explanation was cut because the context clues made it so obvious and now that Araki has shown that DIOs other sons have the birthmark so now it would kinda be a ret-con so he just wouldn't confirm it.

I feel like I interact with a lot of racist people in the nerd/convention/fandom scene, which makes unfortunate sense for reasons that have been talked about to death on the Internet.

But I don't think anyone really talks about how many of these people will talk about religion in the same r/atheisum way unless the religion is in paganism.

Saying 'all religious people are unintelligent except the one white religion that I can name' gets awfully concerning when the word religion is absent.

The whole "take me to your leader" shtick that aliens do in media actually makes a lot of sense if that alien can't properly distinguish a human adult from a human child. If you see a child on their own and they start talking to you, one of the first things you'd likely say is, "Where are your parents?" If aliens had the capability to speak human language, they probably wouldn't use the word parent as adoption is a simple concept that the alien probably knows about. "Leader" is a much better word than "Gardian," to be honest, as it doesn't have the same connotations.

Bro, why are people so stupid when it comes to trying to miss use spells in D&D. My biggest annoyance is when people think that a spell allowing you to push an enemy a certain distance means they can push the enemy that distance into the sky to have them take damage through falling. If in your mind pushing something up into the air is the same thing as pushing something on the ground, then why would falling even do damage in the first place. They seem to forget that gravity exists only to remember again when it benefits them.

Just saw someone explaining their take on the labyrinth door riddle for their D&D campaign where one guard tells the truth, and the other guard tells only lies but the one who lies is the one that states the rules, and the actual answer to the riddle is that they both lie.

Bro.... that's the movie. That's literally what happens in the film. Like I know that's not how the riddle is usually used, but the biggest example of the riddle in media is literally that exact twist.

I know lot of people say "You know Spider-Man gets serious when he's quiet" but there's should be a variant like "You know Spider-Man gets serious when he's non-stop yelling and vebally abusing you."

I know that it gets kinda annoying when people give fictional characters disorders for seemingly no reason, but in my opinion, the young spider-man seems so much like an ADHD coded character it's not even funny. Pre spider-man, Peter Parker was kinda a prick like it was just part of his character. And he never had an outlit for his pent-up energy until spider-man. He lived with his two old relatives, and he wasn't the type to become a delinquent, so he became anti-social. People often forget that most real-life bully's don't bully smart people they bully unlikeable people. That's why I think it's such a misread when people think he became more popular due to being able to stick up to his bully's. He became popular because for a 15 year old with ADHD in the 60s, having a secret superhero alter ego is basically the same as getting medicated.

Im posting WAY too much Toy Story stuff, but I really like how this insult is calling back to the insult woody calls Buzz in the first movie but it shows how the too characters (Woody/The Prospector) see Buzz. In the first movie, when Woody says Buzz Light Beer, it shows how, in that moment, he is demeaning Buzz by calling him something that is unimpressive and could also be seen as water down basically calling him a watered down version of a space ranger. Whereas The Prospector hates Buzz and would therefore call him a lightweight, which is a direct insult to him showing that The Prospector has actual hatred for Buzz that Woody didn't. It shows the difference between the petty jealousy from the first movie compared to the seething anger from the second.

People forget that Utility Belt Buzz and The Prospector are parallels of each other. They are both the exact same concept of what if they met themselves from the first movie. The difference comes in the fact that The Prospector lived through the first 2 acts of the first movie and didn't get the same closure that Woody did while Utility Belt Buzz was at the start of the film.

I also really like the idea that the Woodys Round-up toys would have innate knowledge of alcohol due to being canonical drinkers in the universe of the show.

The buzz lightyear toy has arrived and I've 3d printed a replacement head. Can't wait to start modding it.

I didn't realise when I brought it that the helmet had broken off :( I really wanted the ts1 look, but I guess he'll be unprotected for the time being.

Why did it take me 17 years to realise that the reason real-life buzz lightyear toys with a glow in the dark feature aren't manufactured is because they are made out of white plastic aswell, so if you were to charge the glow in the dark you would also be discolouring the white parts.

Im thinking about this because I've just ordered a bunch of glow in the dark paint and an old buzz lightyear toy inorder to fore fill a childhood dream.

Im thinking of doing an arm mod as well, along with anything else that comes to mind, so hopefully expect a lot of posts.
