Becoming less reactive is a big part of growth & decreasing stress. Sometimes this type of avoidance can be looked at as lack of interest or uncaring, but it isn’t. If you let everything get you worked up, you’re damaging your mind, body & soul
You can always start again. Clean out your social media. Create a new account for your new taste in music. Study or work in a new city. Start socialising with new people. Choose a new signature scent and style and purge the outdated parts of yourself. If you don’t like where you’re at, but you don’t know what to do about it - try starting again.

The way Soul (2020) said you don't need a big purpose, one big thing that defines your entire life and makes it worth living and will bring you satisfaction, you could be unremarkable in most fields and life would still be worth living.... The way this movie said you can just live for the sake of living because life is beautiful and experiencing it is meaningful in and of itself..... Give me a minute please
