Mark Hamill speaking to fans at Oxford Union.
THIS! IS! SO! IMPORTANT!
I can’t believe how long it took me to realize that the “nagging wife” sitcom stereotype is literally just “useless husband is incapable of doing his share of the housework despite being repeatedly asked” framed to demonize the woman
I want to be the first person on the moon to shoot a sniper rifle at earth and hit a wasp nest. my whole life so far is leading up to that moment
I know everyone’s seen this a million times, but it’s still SICK.
The origins of the mission status: sick image
Well played, Mystery Inc. Well played.

I love Zuri already! can’t wait!!!
This gotta bring awareness to things that really matter. Representation DOES matter! The only people think it doesn’t, are people that are represented plenty. There gotta be a lot of Black People in cartoons for kids, and it doesn’t take much critical thinking to see why. We need Black Educated Successful Pride role models here.
Yes, yes and yes
this is exactly the type of news i need in my life
It’s a vibe.
couldn’t tell if this was real life or gta v

OH MY GOD. ACTUALLY USEFUL LIFEHACKS. I HAVE MISSED YOU.
you know why is it that the united states consumes 80% of the worlds opioids? is this figure wrong? what are other nations using to treat chronic pain? like I genuinely don’t understand this figure, especially when it’s so fucking hard for me, someone with chronic pain, to actually get pain killers that work. Can anyone make sense of this for me I’m a fucking ignorant.
TL;DR: It’s wrong.
Longer answer: The US consumes 80% of the global supply of one specific opioid, oxycontin, and that’s because it’s available for sale and aggressively marketed here. Same with hydrocodone, which the US consumed 99% of. Out of all the world’s opiate supply, the US uses maybe 30% max. The article I linked above offers other estimates based on standard doses: by that measure, the US uses 47,580 doses per day per million people. That’s way the fuck higher than the next biggest opioid using country (Canada, 34,444 doses per day per million) but still nowhere near 80%.
ty! i thought it was sketchy
