That was certainly not enough for a bottle of milk.
However, Malon had seen them come in. The man with his daughters, alone. She hadn’t been much older than this little girl when her own mother…Although she was a shrewd businesswoman she could feel empathy. “One of ‘em’s good,” she said. She didn’t need it. Actually, she could return it to her father later but she knew not to take pity on children. Kids could sense it.
With that Malon took it and glanced at her “desk” near the front of the stable. “Wait here ‘kay?”she wandered closer to it and leaned over to grasp a bottle. Bringing it back to Koko she held it out and pocketed the rupee.
“Here y’go.”
Despite the words weren’t clearly spoken by the maid, they were yet visible for the toddler. She knew really well her rupees had not been enough.
Though the kindness she didn’t want the beautiful lady to view her as a mere beggar. Before her mouth opens ready to cancel her order the maiden had already disappeared from her sight. Koko didn’t have to wait long before she was back with a bottle of milk accepting it with a pang of guilt and a thin smile curled upon her lips
“Thank you, Koko will pay you back the rupees she still owes.” she gave her a light bow on her head, showing her gratitude. “It’s a promise!”

Link looks down at the little girl fondly, rests a hand on top of her head. (one day, she will be taller than him, if her father is anything to judge by).
“I’d love to.” He answers softly. Visiting Koko was always a treat, && he never failed to be cheered up by her && her sister. They were lively young ladies, who tended to have a variety of entertaining tales.
It’d be an honor, he thinks, to meet the person responsible for their skill in storytelling in the flesh.
Link might not know it, but he was already in a special place in her heart and the young Sheikah made sure to show it in small subtle ways. He was a busy man, her father had once said, and that might be a reason why she had waited for him not to seem in the midst of something important before asking him to spend time with her small family.
The hand felt warm against her head, and might perhaps have ruffled some strands of silver hair, however, for Koko the positive answer was more enough than how her hair looked like.
“Sweet, come on!” Chirping, she let’s go of his tunic. A hand reaches out for him to hold. “Perhaps you can also tell us about your adventures?”

There was silence, before Sheik held out a jar of honey to the child. The bandages around his fingers would hide the small amount of stings he recieved. “Here you go, small one.”
Seldom does she have such a DELICACY like honey in her possession. A sting from a bee (or multiple) was something the small girl didn’t look forward too. Such a small creature, and yet so DEADLY. On top of that, she would have to set a foot inside the forest, where her worst nightmare ( the crying woman ) lived.
So when the masked man offered her the jar to her, she was left all speechless. Despite first being a little hesitant upon seeing him approach her ( why was he dressed so oddly? ) the sight of the honey jar was enough to shed any worries and since he also wore the Eye of Sheikah, Koko saw no reason to fear. “Are... are you really giving Koko this, sir? Thank you!” She bowed deeply for him, the jar tightly clutched to her. “If you’d like to, Koko can make you some Honeyed Apple?”
ooc: But just a small thought in the honor of Mother’s day. Cottla has made make a gift for her mother, but gets sad because mom keeps hiding in the forest and she doesn’t come home to get her gift. She waits and waits, and even tries to sneak up into the forest to desperately find her again, while clutching her messily wrapped gift in the other hand. With no avail she decides to get back down. Koko tries to cheer her up, saying she can give it to her later... despite knowing that’s not true.
Despite trying her best not to lose her mood in front of her sister, Koko again is at her edge the whole day. She tries her best to remake her mother’s recipes for the big day. However, concentrating seems impossible and she keeps burning everything. Instead she ends up at the cemetery, sitting there under the tree the whole day while reminiscing over the days when her mother could be there and celebrate the big day. The memories bring tears into her eyes, and she sit there sobbing uncontrollably the whole day, she returns home with bloodshot and puffy eyes.
I feel like this day would be rather stressful for Dorian as well, he is more tense and even a little grumpy around his coworker, not really up for talking or anything. His daughters behavior doesn’t go unnoticed by him, and affects him at well...
Koko is the best chef and I love and support her wholeheartedly

She had caught him red-handed with her favorite pot in his hand, the actions sending alarming bells ringing inside her. The loud shriek escaping her, must’ve startled him. Tiny eyebrows curl into a deep glare as her glance fell on the shards at the ground. “Look what you did!” her voice ice cold as she turned towards the boy: “You broke it!”
ooc: turned out I couldn’t be here yesterday or today. Truth to be told I am still recovering from a very long flu I have had since winter, recently it got worse again so I’m not really feeling inspiration for anything… than sleeping.
She looks worse for wear.
Upon being separated from her men and vassal she had been meandering about aimlessly with her horse as her only companion. The two of them were in desperate need of a break but she didn’t trust the roads at night.
The last time she had settled down she had been attacked. Her sword made swift work of the would be marauder but she had been riding for most of the evening after that and the day. A second wind’s perked her and she attempts to look noble despite the sleepiness clearly written on her face. Beyond all that those things are wandering about the otherwise peaceful landscape.
The high mountains surrounding the hidden village immediately evoke a familiar feeling in her. It reminds the foreign woman of her home. “You there, young miss,” she says to a young lady by a cooking pot, “Have you seen a man come this way? He looks very unique, short with pale blue hair.”

A small sigh escapes her lips as she stirs the stew that finally seems to be ready. It took her much more time than what she had wished it to take, but being creative while coming up with new recipes can sometimes be so difficult.
It certainly doesn’t help her concentrating when her sister breathes her in the neck every five minutes either demanding her to play with her or asking when the food is ready. Sometimes Cottla can really be a real hassle.
Koko looks up from her pot upon hearing a voice call for her. Dropping her spoon, in the same process. She is used to travelers coming and ask her for directions at times... But this one... It’s more of how badly worn out the lady looks that makes her react.
“Sorry, miss. Koko hasn’t seen anyone...” if someone unique with blue hair passed by, wouldn’t she have noticed? Blue was such an odd hair color after all. Thin eyebrows curl into a concerned frown. “Are you alright, Miss?”

The drops fall heavy, causing a soft drumming against wooden windows of the inn. Pointy ears were listening closely for the drumming to stop, even for a moment. Though the warmth the inn provided, she preferred the heat from the pot instead.
“Really? Koko would love that,” his suggestion is enough to cheer her up. and a wide grin was soon to replace her frown. “Hopefully we can make something really special. Koko thinks her sister might be very hungry, since she didn’t get any dinner today.”

character in general: Though it’s only a game, I can’t help but be a little terrified when it comes to ganondorf. Before every final boss battle I’m always a trembling pile. I mean he is that enormous and very powerful big bad you’re supposed to be scared of, so I think the Nintendo did a great job with that.how they play them: I like your portrayal, and writing. You manage to add a rather funny side to Ganondorf aside from the usual evil guy sidethe mun: we haven’t talked yet, but you seem to be very chill and fun.

I mean yes, he can be kind of mean and as a real asshole at times, but yet I can’t get enough of this arrogant birb. how they play them: I gotta say I really admire your portrayal of the character. Aside from his usual cocky attitude you bring so much more to the character. the mun: We haven’t talked yet oocly, but from what I’ve seen you seem to be very nice and fun
