Where's the heart I was dreaming of?
cleradin legend of zelda au
i’ve been replaying the games in my spare time and i’m doubling down on this
if i had a nickel for every time a major franchise released a vr game - during the lead up to the release of their final installment - that understood all the themes the story was conveying and added onto them in a well thought out, meaningful way…
…only for the final installment to be released and pull a complete 180 on the story being told so far, rendering all of the themes and therefore the vr game redundant. i’d have two nickels.
this one’s for you jimmy fallon
can will byers have his white girl wasted kat stratford dancing on the table moment pls i think he deserves it
i hate the american monomyth so much oh my GOD
controversial opinion: as upset as i am with the way stranger things ended, the queerbait and the way the duffers have talked in interviews since, the show ending the way it did (especially for byler) is probably best case scenario for keeping the fandom alive
conformity gate has really gotten out of hand
can i be blasphemous and share an opinion no one asked for. i don't like gay shows. as in where it's all gay characters being gay and the story is about what it's like to be gay. i'm glad those exist. it's a good thing that they do and that they're popular. but. i like when homosexuality is treated as something normal and not other. which is why i like when the show that i'm watching just so happens to have gay people in it versus this show is gay, if that makes sense. like i want to see something as big as star wars have a gay lead and have it be normal and treated like every other lead and plot point. i don't want to have to watch Gays In Space The Movie in order to see gays in space. and so on and so forth. it hits harder to me when they can focus on other things just like straight characters do instead of just Being Gay and having their entire character revolve around that. it's even better when the show/movie doesn't make a big deal out of it at all, the same way no one ever makes a big deal out of a man character liking a woman. if that makes sense.
mike and will fucked off camera
kept that fuckass one way sign too
his impactttttt (x)
so el’s ending is the same as her season 1 ending (blows up in front of mike) and jancy’s ending is the same as their season 1 ending (not together but hinted that they will be)
no matter what happens tonight nothing can be worse than nye 2019/2020 for me so in that sense i feel calm
the way this ended up being untrue, not because of stranger things but because of personal reasons
