There is a very simple formula for building the body you want. I use it everyday, discipline, consistency, and hard work. No matter how many distractions you have, if something is important to you, you will get it done. Stop wasting time with people who take advantage of you, and start putting that time and EFFORT into yourself, and you will achieve your goals.
