Some might find it a little uncharacteristic of her but I think that in the very beginnings of a relationship, she can get very shy. She's not entirely used to people flirting with her as she can come off as a little intimidating to others and she knows that.

Once Undyne gets over the initial shock though, she's quick to take charge of your relationship, planning dates and trying to learn as much as she can about your interests. I have a personal headcanon that Undyne is teaching Papyrus how to cook because she wants to spend more time with her friends, and quickly learned to cook when he mentioned wanting to learn.

Honestly I fully believe that Undyne would be a wonderful partner in so many different ways! She's very affectionate, full of praise, and very encouraging to her close friends and I believe that she'll take that to a ten in a relationship with you if you're comfortable with that of course.

There was someone who was taking pictures of you. You didn't know why and you weren't sure when this person's apparent fascination with you exactly began either. Hell, you weren't entirely sure who this person was either though you had your suspicions.

You had an older brother. He wasn't particularly outspoken or extroverted and the underwhelming amount of friends he had was most likely a reflection of that. Despite this, there was one guy who seemed to always be in your brother's company. His name was Jonathan Byers, one of your tiny town's newest wave of social outcasts.

One of the first times your brother had invited the boy over, you had come to find him alone in your bedroom, his ever-present camera gone from its usual place around his neck and instead held up to his face. You had confronted him later that night when everyone was gathered around the dinner table but your parents, probably swayed by your brother's clear irritation and insistence that this accusation was a result of him recently neglecting you for his friend's company, quickly bought Jonathan's claim of innocently wanting to capture images of the impressive tree that sat just outside of your bedroom's window.

And impressive that tree was, with its massive trunk and branches. Your parents joked often of cutting it down as to make sure you weren't able to sneak out or sneak anybody inside when you were finally old enough to reach high school.

You've always pushed back against these jokes but now you believe that you'd outright jump for joy when relishing the destruction of your favorite tree. You find yourself wishing that someone would come along and fell the person sitting inside of it too.

You currently laid in your bed, unable to stop yourself from trembling ever so slightly, with your blanket pulled up and over your whole body as if that would be able to protect you from the reality of your situation. Despite having given in to your childish urge, it did nothing to stop the feeling of eyes on you, causing your skin to crawl and itch all over, or to prevent the sound of a shutter clicking from the direction of your open window from reaching your ears.
