Very gender-neutral design. I've never used that skirt before but I think it goes well with the design. It was honestly really easy to separate the colors for this one which I enjoyed a lot. Its sort of giving like... Another water-dragon? Maybe water/fire with the red and the different tail from the Purplish design...
