recently i realized im completely unaware of the extent of my non-bizarre delusions. it’s way easier to recognize the bizarre ones now that i know i have them, but it feels impossible to figure out what’s real and what’s not with the non-bizarre ones. no matter what happens or how i think about the situations i find myself in i feel hypervigilant and confused. i know this is part of it but i can’t make myself trust the people i ask for feedback about this either. i kind of got the “am i going crazy???” feeling again lately even though i know that by most people’s standards that answer is already very much yes lol
