It's possible, all you need to do is eat less. The easiest thing in the world. Just don't put food in your mouth.
One of my favorite changes about my body since losing weight is my legs. Yes I do think they look better now, but mainly itâs about how much better they FEEL.
I remember that day on the left vividly. It was on my 25th bday trip in 2020 and we went mini golfing. I was sweating profusely and the chafing of my thighs was so bad I didnât want to wear a swimsuit the next day. We had only walked around outside for 45 minutes and it was unbearable.
Now I hike as often as we have time, stairs donât wind me, my ankles donât swell, my knees donât ache from a couple hours of walking, and a lot of the cellulite is gone too. I walked miles and miles on the beach every day on our trip last week and it was amazing not to have any chafing.
While Iâm not as far as I want to be yet, Iâm so proud of my progress. Itâs such a revelation at the absence of aches and pains most days. I donât take that for granted and I know my future self will thank me as well.
I might post progress/b&w pictures a little too often but itâs so helpful for me to have visual awareness of how far Iâve come and remind me to keep going.

so iâve gotten into the habit of sending videos instead of texts when i get excited, and i was showing this guy this weird thing i was doing with my shirt n it was like half on and half off n he goes âwhereâs ur waistâ n i was so confused so i asked for clarification n he goes âtinyâ
then i was like âitâs all anglesâ

If u struggle with b1ng3ing,
Try to remember that the foÉð will always be there no matter what.
It can't just grow legs and walk away or grow wings and fly out the window. It's not going anywhere so relax, and breathe. There will always be foÉð productions that make your exact cravings and the amount of it is infinite; an endless supply.
There's more of it in grocery stores. The aisles will always be restocked, and the shelves will be emptied and then restocked again. The foÉð chain is endless.
FoÉð isn't the problem here, and the more power u give it, the more control it takes. You start treating it like some higher power when it's not. FoÉð is here to keep u alive, not to numb u out/ fix your emotions.
When u b1ng3, u create a habit, and every time u fall victim to it, the dependency on foÉð deepens. Once u realize that it's merely a tool for survival and not for entertainment or comfort, everything will start falling into place.
Your mindset is the most powerful tool there is. Use it to ur advantage.

I struggled with my weight for the vast majority of my teenage life before deciding that I wanted better for myself. I hit most of my goals in approximately 1 year through proper nutrtion and holistic exercise(both cardio and strength). My journey evolved from being centered around having a flat stomach and smaller legs, to really being about my physical fitness, health, happiness and strengths. Iâve come to find out that itâs impossible to feel anything but great about a body that youâre working to take great/better care ofâŠAnd I want to be able to help others take care of theirs. Itâs the only one youâve got.Â
After discovering my passion for fitness, I took the necessary steps and became an Internationally Certified Personal Trainer, for the sole purpose of being able to effectively and knowledgeably help others overcome an unhealthy lifestyle (or simply lead a healthier one) and/or achieve what they want for their body aesthetically.
