Sure is a lot of filler in a lily orchard story even though she supposedly hates filler. How does this progress the story, lily? There's nothing interesting going on, everything you wanted to say was said in the last post far better than this one.

Why is gardivours "hair" like that? It's just got a random line in it.

Why give butterfree a loot when she could more easily play the lap harp? Its just as if not more romantic as an instrument if you dont like the harp then how about the kalimba, or Pan Flute? Dont limit yourself to what you see the boy do on romcoms or whatever you watch. Branch out. Personally id swoon for someone playing me the hurdy gurdy but everyone does have their own music preferences. I just think Butterfree has Itty bitty hands that couldn't play that instrument.

Keep in mind im guessing at Lily's height here, I dont know how tall she is, nor will I pretend to know.

The lines on lilys face are hard to see.

Was this important to the story? There's nothing said nor is there anything in the post but the artists patreon.

Why is the house so empty? I mean, if you're going to have a wide shot, put some things in the wide shot to make it look less empty.

Lily looks like an alien in the second image and I think that's because I can't see her nose or mouth, just big dark eyes.

Since the heartscale is glowing i assume its activated and what is does has kicked in.

So what move came back? I mean we don't really see this item in the future, right? So what move was it?

If butterfreee is not the one being shipped with gardivour, then fine. I'll keep this comic strip for future use if needed.

Wouldn't cuddling with a butterfree be dangerous because of the dust on their wings if not then its dangerous for the butterfree because of the scales on the wings.

"Le" is French for the and it was used in early internet as a meme to sound fancy. "Le shunk" doesn't make sense in this context. Please choose a better word like "le slide" or "le fall" instead.

Maybe dont have the baby-esk character say "my thing fell in the little hole". What is lily wearing, I thought it was a dress this whole time. (The colores and my color bliness aren't agreeing here).

Can anyone lift a vent cover like that? Lily's fingers aren't curled enough here.

Why is that all in your vents? Dont you clean them out every now and then? Also a bone would stink up the house or at least the room unless you've left it down there long enough to become mumified.

If this gets resolved so fast why show it in the first place when this could have been an adventure? A smaller Pokémon could have tried to find the heart scale and traveled the vents finding other small pokemon that are friends and/or foe that have their own reasons for what they do and the friends could have been new pokemon to add to the cast. But noooo! Gotta resolve it in a few panels with no development for any character.

I think the better question is how the butterfree got a heart scale, usually you gotta buy them (I don't think a human would sell one to a butterfree) or get one from a lovdisc and I dont think this house is close to the sea.

First panel all I've gotta say is what's lily looking at? Her phone screen is blank and there's nothing to indicate sound so she's staring at a blank screen.

I assume butterfree flying around like that happens a LOT because lily doesn't look up from the blank screen.

Lily's forward facing and sitting Sprite is not good, the face is really slip and the neck is very long, my mother saw it and said 'she got a tiny mouth, you almost can't see it. And big ol eyes'. Might show my mother more for input. Pose is a little wonky too. Here's a (admittedly not great) example on pose my art.

You can also adjust the pose as needed.

Gardivour, who's said to be attached at lilys hip, went out for air? I somehow don't buy it. Although I think this is the time you should leave and go to the authorities but hey, im not writing this train wreck of a comic.

With how toxic lily is i don't think touching her is a good idea. You might become poisioned from her touch.

I'd think gardivour would face pressure from the outside world to contribute somehow to help the species even if it is not in having babies. Gardivour could go to schools and teach kids about how protecting the species is important or something like that.

You know there are other ways to help the species come back and not be with a male gardevour.

Why did gardivours hair go back to this? It's wonky. Why does gardivours mug say "# mom" it isn't a mother.

Gardivours head is to squashed. Gardivour did use a sob story and should have brought that problem up with lily so much sooner before it affected Gardivour so much.

If the bond is so important then maybe you should be honest and communicate with the person you have the bond with. The head spikes are pointed down instead of up like they should be.

No, no, Mismagius is absolutely onto something and it'll be shown MUCH further into the web comic.

Mismagius is wrong though, gardivour is a yandere not a tsundere. I mean gardivour has already murdered at least one person but it's also suggested that there were more.

If that were true, then gardivour wouldn't be sold off as pets from a mill of sorts.

If gardivour were endangered then lily would have less strangers over and would have more animal control gardivour knows over.

If they were endangered lily wouldn't have one.

Because of how abusive lily is gardivour wouldn't live here unless deemed necessary in which case she would have people with her at all times.

Gardivour would likely be in a sanctuary because if Gardivour was actually so endangered it'd be illegal for lily AND anyone else to have one... Imma save this screenshot for the future too.

I can see why Mismagius mocked the choice lily made on the pokeball.

Regardless of being endangered or not pokemon that are owned should be registered to a pokeball so if they are lost/stolen/ect, there's something to say "that's my pet" and prove it. Like a microchip for our dogs and/or cats.

To the ask, yes! They do! They are sweet elegant creatures and with their psychic capabilities, it makes the easy for them to take care of the needs of disabled people like getting things from high places.

Third panel confirms that gardivour is a pet, so I'll continue to treat it as such.

I would assume a lot of pokemon need things like a child would. Each different pokemon has different needs, you wouldn't tread a magikarp like a Zoroark and you wouldn't treat either of them like a wimpod.

Simple solution to this arbitrary problem. Have the Pokémon move in with the trainer or person who's going to need them as a service animal and once they've bonded to the person, then the actual training can begin. TA-DA!

No, they don't. The pokedex talks about how gardivour are protective OF THEIR TRAINERS not their territory. No where does it EVER mention them being violent only protective.

But you are a pet because of how this world of lilys works and Gardivour should be taken away and put down for its own health/safety.

The reason for that is because Mikaila is so ingrained with lily's content as well as lily probably having to approve the art and/or watching Makaila as the art was being drawn. Yes I am stretching the "lily analysis" but it is a loose analysis of the art lily had to approve and want to use to tell her fanfic.

I mean some people just can’t draw that well. Implying that not over-critiquing her girlfriends free art means that Lily is at fault for something is kind of weird, when I think Lily having a history of using her girlfriends for free art is more of a problem in the first place.

Not what I meant to imply. I meant to imply that lily is using the artist as an extention of her own ideas and creations thus I believe that critiquing the art is a far criticism of lily as she probably went over every little detail with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was to her standards and nothing was out of place at the time. I apologize for my earlier implication and will try to do better with my implications in the future. I do plan on saying something about lily using her partner(s) for free art at the end of the webcomic but I cannot bring it up in every post I make otherwise it would get tedious and annoying. Thank you for bringing up the concerns with how I review this comic. However, im just being an asshole because it's funny.

Of course not! Not to sound mean, rude, or hateful, but I dont do this for you. As such, you wouldn't get any value out of it that i know of. I do this because its funny to me and I enjoy it. Plus I am not hurting anyone, heck I doubt lily or her wife even know i exist. They seem more interested in preying on the downfall of others (at least lily it seems) to be interested in me. So I'm going to continue until I dont want to.

I hate that, she made this comic to be a silly sitcom and doesn't do serious stuff well. Like if it happened to her then she has the right to write or talk about it but maybe dont put it in the webcomic made to be "haha so random lol XD" and put it in a more serious setting.
