Back at it w the fasting, first day is done and I’ll be fasting until Friday morning which will be 108 hours. I learned a lot from my last one and now hopefully I’ll be better able to handle the nausea! And awaaaaaay we goooooooo
I like to pretend that me washing my face in the morning and drinking a cup of coffee is the same thing as a balanced diet and mental stability.

91 hrs into my fast and I’m feeling TIRED AF. at least my nausea went away bc I was kinda dying there for a minute. Also haven’t had any caffeine today so maybe that’s why I’m so fatigued. Just had water, peppermint and ginger teas, and salt + an electrolyte sachet. The salt as it turns out is hugely important when fasting or else u will be in vomit town

Until I get to my goal actually and I’ll be having just waters/ tea, some coconut water (for electrolytes), and green juice YUM

A week ago I was like maybe I’m just dieting and not relapsing and now I’m restricting to like 500 and misusing drugs sooooo yeah not exactly a diet
think I pulled a muscle purging or exercising yesterday. also note to self: exercising after purging is an awful idea
