When you think about it, Katara could have just have easily been the trophy wife of Fire Lord Zuko like she was a trophy wife to Aang. 

But she never would have been treated that way by Zuko. He saw her as someone deserving of his respect and love. He treated her like an equal, like she had a voice that was worth listening to. He let her scream and rage and hate him because he believed her feelings were valid. 

He never told her she was wrong. He never tried to force his own ideologies on her. He never tried to explain things away or rationalize with her. He never tried to stop her from being angry or bitter or powerful. 

Zuko wanted to be there for her. He understood that she could protect herself, but he wanted to protect her. And he understood that she was her own person with her own thoughts, and he wanted that individuality to shine and be expressed however she saw fit. But he knew that she didn’t need him. 

Zuko never would have diminished Katara to a housewife/healer to be left behind when he went away on Fire Lord business. He would have brought her along… and honestly, he probably would have told a lot of the other world leaders to “Talk to my wife.” 

I will always be Zutara trash and the reasons above are just a small glimpse as to why.

We really got to see the actual potential of the Umbrella Academy this season, huh?

Luther using his body as a shield (and thankfully no longer talking about him being sent to the moon)

Diego being able control any projectile not just knives (and did we actually see him being civil towards Luther more than once?)

Alison embracing her powers to the fullest (she totally blew our minds *ahem*)

Klaus no more afraid of his powers, instead controlling an army of ghosts (also he's been sober for over 3 years *i cri* ಥ‿ಥ)

Five literally bringing his siblings back to life (and apparently now he gives pep talks too?)

Ben finding out he can possess people then using it to stop the apocalypse (I can't talk about him without sobbing anymore-)

Vanya no longer a walking bomb but actually being able to take command of her powers (also her chaotic gay energy? oof)
