Make it only increase in bunches of thirteen and decrease in bunches of eleven.
Too easy to get big numbers. The goal is to force the user to make a lot of big numbers to select individual characters, and make it take forever to get there.
Oh wait, I forgot to mention there are no loops. You can use goto though!
That's the issue, how many times do you need to use big numbers? This way it takes 6 additions and 7 subtractions to just get the number one. (Though you maybe want to pick other primes, as these still make it quite easy to reach two, I recommend impractically big ones.) This is also how you move the pointer back and forth btw.
