In this new short, Astrodude looks so happy on the Moon, it's honestly so cute ♥️😭

I have a headcanon that even though Astrodude is a grown adult, Luna still sees him as the little kid he used to be- the one who dreamed about flying to the Moon. And Luna is definitely so proud that he's the reason Astrodude flew into space in the first place.

You know how in a lot of languages we use "my life" or "life of mine" as an affective appellative? Well, it's Earth's fault.

He loved his life(forms) so much and said "my life" with such affection that it took the meaning of "something that's very beloved and precious", and that concept was unknowingly ingrained in humanity's consciousness.

I think it give Earth a identify crisis when you find out you are a vessel for someone else's dream

His friends aren't his. Suddenly it makes sense, why they all decided he was Earth instead of Terra, why none of them will directly look at Luna, why Mars is always insisting on playing THAT ONE game and never anything else and-

A little Earth headcannon

when he’s down on his surface, he suddenly turns into a Disney princess so like every animal comes up to him and be so calm and sweet it doesn’t matter if it’s a wild animal about to bite someone’s head off it will turn into a puppy in minutes.

because they can feel like the earth energy they know it’s the earth so the animals feel a mediate calmness when they are on earth because they know it’s earth.

and Luna just scared for their life thinking the animal going to attack them and telling earth to be careful they might pounce on him and eat him alive.

the higher-ups at ROTSAR actually know that earth is alive. they're just keeping it a secret from the general public. it's either to prevent mass panic, or because they’re planning to do something to earth-like finding a way to control him so his shenanigans stop causing near-apocalypses every other week.
