tonight's thoughts

Ugh I'm incredibly frustrated. I bounce between feeling ok about myself to being so disappointed.

Using this to hopefully chat with others struggling.

Biked 10 miles to class today. Ended up eating a small bowl of rice lentils and split peas with some beans and sweet potatoes. Even that amount has me feeling gross.

I think I will fast tomorrow.

And the day after that.

And maybe another.

Anyone have some tips? It would be greatly appreciated. Maybe something that will help me not pass out on my bike in the middle of the interstate.

Thoughts

Is it just me, or do you sometimes just feel this sense of numbness to any type of feeling? You try to be happy but you cannot fully express it on the outside? Or any potential feeling is sucked up into this black hole inside of you and destroyed. Maybe I am just crazy or my mind has just gotten to me.
