I don’t think so. Like I said, it sounds like you have an eidetic memory. There’s no way to turn that off. Studies have shown that writing things down helps though.

Um, well, I've got these two long ones down both of my arms, random ones all over my back and, actually, those are everywhere. Oh, a giant one on my chest around my ribcage, that was the infected one. Aaaaaaand...right, I've got some bite marks around my shoulders and that's it. Most of them look like knife wounds, too straight to be anything else. Although, I'm not sure about the one on my chest since I'm pretty sure it got opened up a lot. The bite marks had to have been from a vampire, nothing else leaves a mark that big...
[He trailed off as a flash of something shot through his mind. Fear? What was it? But it was gone and he was left grasping at what was left. It was probably nothing.]
