One of our friends, iO Tillet Wright, is an awesome photographer who is working on a project, Self-Evident Truths, where she travels the USA and photographs individuals that feel like they fall anywhere within the LGBTQ spectrum, with the goal of simply showing the humanity that lies within each of us… all of us.

If you live in the South, please pay attention to the below!! This project is headed your way, and it would be a brilliant and incredible thing if you could be a part of it, and help to spread the word.

A protection officer in one of LiNK's Southeast Asia shelters has requested clothing donations. There is a special delivery that will be made to the shelter at the end of the month so donations would need to be turned in by the end of next week (Friday 12/14). The type of clothing we need are light shirts, tank tops / camisoles, and shorts for men and women (no pants please - it's too hot in SEA). The largest size we would need are mediums (in both men's and women's). None of our clients are larger than a medium, and there's a very slim chance that any will be. If anyone is donating clothing that is smaller, that is fine too (XS or smaller). Clothing would need to be stain-free and in fair condition. Also, if any of you have extra pillow cases feel free to donate those too (any kind). The clothing (and pillow cases) you donate would go straight to North Korean refugees in our Southeast Asia shelters and would be 110% appreciated! Thanks for your support and good luck on all those tests!!!
