( threads for a poor aurora that has very little? ; u ; LIKE if you’re interested in a starter )
Eric bowed slightly out of habit when the woman—Aurora—curtsied in greeting. “The pleasure is all mine, Aurora.” he responded cheerfully, following the woman’s eyes to the sea again. A grin spread over his lips at her description of the sea—‘beautiful and yet so powerful’. “Neither have I.” he admitted, leaning on the railing again. “You describe it so well. It’s…ethereal. Dangerously so, even. It pulls you in—so inviting, so welcoming…it’s calling you…calling me, anyway.” he added with a chuckle. “Ah, doesn’t it?” he agreed, inhaling the sea breeze. “You say it’s your first time being so near to it? I’ve lived here all my life—I’ve always loved the sea. Where are you from?”
It was such a lovely change of pace to finally meet another friendly person. While she would never openly complain about her journey, the wandering witch couldn’t help but feel quite lonely at times. Nobody seemed to want to hold a conversation with her, not unless they had some sort of ulterior motive. After being raised in a forest by fairies, the rudeness she had experienced on the outside had been shocking, to say the least. The princess had learned early on that keeping her title to herself was usually for the best, despite the treatment she endured from time to time. It was better than being used. Besides, regardless of her heritage, she couldn’t exactly claim to be a princess when she wasn’t exactly pursuing the predetermined path chosen by her parents...to their disappointment. “Me? Oh, well I-... I’m from a kingdom north of here, in the heart of Germany.” Aurora's grip on the rail loosened. “But...” She sighed peacefully, eyelashes fluttering in the sea breeze. “This is much more beautiful than anything I’ve ever seen there. To be quite honest with you, I’m a bit jealous. I’ve always wanted to live near the sea.”

Familiarity haunted him again as though he’d lived this moment before. Hadn’t Sora been to this world before? That must be it… Remnants of the former’s memories lingered despite Roxas’s silent protests. This didn’t feel real, yet he was unaware of the dream state he’d slipped into. He wasn’t really there, was he? The air of it at all was strange, uncomfortable, although not a nightmare thankfully. Mostly this feeling was due to a lack of understanding of his surroundings, a sentiment that he absolutely loathed.
He felt incredibly small beneath canopies of flowers, towering toadstools–the tiniest things that would be seen in a garden only abnormally colossal. Roxas couldn’t find the usual excitement of seeing a new world when internal frustration demanded to know why it had made him the size of an insect! It seemed only hovering flora and thorny vines kept him company as the determined boy moved quickly to find a way to make sense of this, at least wake up if he truly was asleep.
For a while, he seemed to be alone until he came across someone just up the path. Through searching for a way out he didn’t expect to find anyone in this strange place. Relief came in the form of a soft breath that maybe he could find an answer. A few silent moments passed when he noted that it was alright to speak to her as she didn’t seem threatening. “Are you from around here?” he asked from a short distance. “I’m trying to get out of here.” Just then it dawned on him to wonder just how much time had passed if any at all… It only felt so long.
No matter how many times she circled the forest of fungi, the lost maiden didn’t have the vaguest idea where she was. That giant toadstool looked just like that one over there. Finding landmarks was nearly impossible. It didn’t help that she was often distracted by the strange creatures that wandered across her path. Literal dragon-flies puffed plumes of fire at each other, blocking the trail she was trying to follow. Stopping to observe the scene, Rose decided to keep a safe distance in case the flames caught her golden hair. She was so mystified, the sudden voice caused her to nearly jump out of her skin. Whirling around, the reptile-insects were immediately forgotten in exchange for this mysterious stranger.
“W-who...me?” Wisteria eyes blinked with confusion as she gestured towards herself. This was the first person she had ever seen in this strange garden. It had been so long since she had spoken to another human. At least, it felt like such a long time. Exactly how & when did she happen to arrive here? Frowning, she twisted her hands together. “I’m afraid not. I’m not even entirely sure how I found myself here. Do you know why everything is so big? Or...” Her thin brows knit together with concern. “A-are we truly the size of crickets?”

She understood this girl’s feelings all too well, when Rapunzel first ventured within the snuggly duckling she was in absolute TERROR. Now things were different and this little pub was like a second home.
“Only here” she confirmed with a smile “but they’re completely harm–” her sentence was interrupted by a thug being punched across the room, slamming into another one sipping his beer.
Which resulted in a BRAWL between them. “Harmless. Uh… watch out for chairs….” her arm coiled around her new friend’s shoulder, guiding her away from potential danger.
Gasping, Rose ducked down as a half empty glass was thrown overhead & the contents spilled out. Clearly chairs wasn’t the only thing to avoid in here. Her flaxen hair was made damp by a smell she was completely unfamiliar with. Hugging her knees, the maiden tried to keep herself low while calling out to the girl above the noise. “Um! I haven’t been to many parties but! Don’t you think this one’s a little out-of-hand?” A mug rolled across the wooden floor, touching her startled hand. She picked it up hesitantly & sniffed it once, wrinkling her nose almost instantly. “What is this stuff?”

Eric
Eric’s eyes followed the stranger’s gaze, a smile spreading across his lips at her comment. “It is.” he agreed, leaning his arm on the railing himself and exhaling as the salty wind ruffled his hair. “A day like this is a perfect day to be at sea.” he added wistfully. Of course, he had duties to attend to today, so that was not within the realm of possibility for him. He realized that the young woman had turned to look at him, and he stood up straighter with an apologetic smile. “Sorry, I should have introduced myself—I’m Eric.”
Smiling at the friendliest face on the docks, the maiden plucked up a fold in her skirt & curtsied. ❝ My name is Aurora. A pleasure to meet you, Eric. ❞ Amethyst eyes twinkling, her focus shifted back to the roll of the waves beyond. ❝ I’ve never seen something so beautiful & yet so powerful before. This is the first time I’ve ever been so close. ❞ Inhaling the sea salt breeze, the witch sighed longingly. ❝ And it smells wonderful. ❞
( I’m just dying to roleplay as Aurora over here?? So much muse, but not enough threads going. D: SO PLEASE, save a life, like this post & let me know if you would like a starter in either my main verse, white witch verse, or dark witch verse. Otherwise I’ll just pick one for us! uwu )

❝ It’s lovely, wouldn’t you agree ? ❞ Her subject of admiration was the glistening sea. Arms fold daintily over a thin railing, her gaze set only on the majesty before her. As if in a TRANCE, she stared a few moments too long before addressing the unknown individual beside her. Wisteria gaze shifting to the side, she moved her golden locks aside & turned just slightly to see who she was speaking to.
