went on a binge recently and i've been craving junk food since. something dry and crunchy. salty and savory. alas, all i have is wet food. tomorrow, however, i will receive a sample of what i hope to be the first of many such shipments full of wholesale supplies. this one in particular, potato chips. possibly containing or exposed to lead? we shall see when the crate arrives. 60 units in total. i expect by the time i have hollowed out the delicious cacoon i will be able to use its packaging as a shelter for my prolonged stay here should the rent get any higher. i have been advised to not make moving plans (pointless) until November. time frames just don't stretch into 2027 for apartment rentals yet apparently. i miss the cold, so migrating back North is a no-brainer. but i feel so uneasy choosing. i've had what i thought were ironclad plans shattered in an instant, it happens casually in this world.

this setup weighs a ton but its super clandestine, tactical, and secure. it's almost impossible for anything to fall out, even if i'm upside down. a little uncomfortable though. today i'm wearing it under a jacket around the house. the heavy knife on my shoulder and the iron harness connector at my back are a particular source of discomfort. okay something just fell out as i was typing this :/
