What is the worth of worry?
Worry is rooted in fear - fear of of change, fear of not being in control, fear of what might be, fear of the unknown, fear of how it will make us feel ... www.wisdomoftheoldways.blogspot.co.uk
If things don't go the way you planned, all is not lost There may be new opportunities you hadn't considered rightaround the corner that would have been lost if your initial ideas had gone to plan Nothing ever happens without a reason

Serious New Year/Full Moon intention setting/manifesting yesterday! How did your Full Moon celebrations go? http://bit.ly/1BF07ST
Full Moon in Cancer celebration 5 January 2015
The Full Moon in Cancer rises at 04:54 in the UK and once again it is time for us to work on preparing our rituals and celebrations to honour her in her most powerful & reflective phase.
This January Full Moon is in the astrological sign of Cancer known for her resplendence in emotional, feeling, depth, femininity and tenderness connections. This Full Moon is a time for affirming, deepening and stabilising your emotional connections, removing or reducing your emotional barriers to heartfelt living and focussing on co-creating the intentions to induce the emotions and feeling you wish to reveal, invite and bring to fruition in your life.
Take some time to sift through your feelings towards loved ones, friends, acquanitances, colleagues, work and personal situations, your highs and lows, and look at where you are in your life in general and with clarity, love and heartfelt positivity decide upon what needs your focus, attention and intention to be worked upon, reflected upon or simply surrendered. Let strengthening and supporting yourself through calming, encouraging and compassionate self activities float to the forefront of your daily rituals.
Calm and still your mind long enough to lean in and listen for the whispers of your hearts desires, your intuitive callings and your instinctive remonstrations.
Winter time is the optimum time of the year for re-affirming your dedication to soul work through planting new seeds for your personal, mental, emotional and spiritual growth and fulfilment for reaping later in the year. Metaphorically, spend time in tenderly first testing the ice then cracking and subsequently digging deep beneath any frosted & emotionally hardened outer shells to dance and kick up the warm & replenishing fertile soil below. Sow your intentional seeds deep within this sacred space, water them with love, comfort, peace and honour and hold them steadfastly where they can be nurtured, cradled, secure, nourished and protected with love and tenderness. In time they will ripen to feed our souls and grow strong enough to stand the tests of re-birth and re-awakening when the time is right.
January the month is named after Jana, the moon goddess and her husband Janus, gatekeeper of the heavens and seer. This Full Moon celebrates the Greek goddess Callisto who mythologically personifies maternal love and personal transformation - a tenacious companion to this Cancer moon. To honour Callisto, the Koreans offer bowls of white rice and water out for her blessing, fortitude and to draw down her powers of protection and transformation into their daily lives.

How to use Facebook for selling your craft, creative or handmade business products
Modern marketing theory focuses on relationship building (ie how can I help?) rather than persistent sales messages (ie buy me! buy me!) so what does that mean for the way you promote your business?
How solving your customers problems is key to boosting your craft, creative & handmade business marketing & sales success Think about it. What compels YOU to buy in a certain store, visit a certain place, eat a certain food, follow a certain cause, read certain materials? Answer: because the store/place/materials/food/cause gives you something you need back in exchange for your time and effort. It solves a problem for you. You may get a feeling of fulfilment, joy, acceptance, comfort, understanding, empathy, value or to just feel plain old good about yourself - problem solved. Now turn to your craft, creative or handmade business and apply the same concept - what problems do solve for those who visit your craft business website, blog, social media page, online shop or who you meet in person? What could attract them to you in the first place? What do you offer them that they haven't seen before or can get elsewhere? How do you solve their problems?
