They heard that the wolfman was doing pretty well, actually.

Here is my entry for the Redheads Art Strikes Back matchbox art competition ā„ļø My piece takes a moment to reflect on Redheads place in Australian culture while also shining a light on the endurance of a longstanding tradition. Redheads evoke a feeling of hope and warmth, depicted in this piece with a father and son enjoying a moment of bonding by the camp fire. This work captures a much loved past time that will continue into the future accompanied by marshmallows, mozzies and plaid flannel shirts.
I hope my work inspires you to enter something in the competition and if you like, you can send a vote my way for the people's choice award

I would love if you checked out the first chapter of my Webtoon 'Chance Encounter.' A story i've been working on with my partner, James.
We are entering it into the Webtoon: Comic Legends 2025 contest, so there'll be two more chapters up by mid may.
"When Bethany Kilburn is called to photograph the items left behind in Stirling House ahead of an estate sale, it seems like just another gig - one that will keep the lights on and the cat fed for another day. But Stirling House contains more than just abandoned trinkets and ugly antiques - a former resident of the house has not yet moved on. Bethany has never felt the supernatural "touch" that runs in her family, but a chance encounter with one Dexter Stirling will change everything."
If you go out for a stroll in the woods, beware the Mudwomps! A sludge beast that will stop you in your tracks to feast upon your laces!

This little guy is my interpretation of a Pyrausta//Pyrallis - a mythological insect from Cyprus.
Theyāre often depicted as tiny dragons with butterfly detail, but I wanted to make mine look more like an armoured insect, with wings protected under a carapace.
I imagine these creatures living in small magical fires that burn in the crevices of cave walls overlooking the sea. They appear iridescent in the surrounding flame as they dart from nook to nook, their bodies glittering in the firelight.
If you journey into the belly of the caves youāll find more of the creatures covering the walls, as if the stone were encrusted with hundreds of rubies.
They cannot be moved from their homes in the fire, or they will burst into flame. They were nearly poached to extinction as the ash created from their combustion could be used in life saving medicine. Efforts to protect them by locals have brought their populations back to healthy numbers.
This is a little exploration from a story I was working on last year.

I recently read the book āHouse in the Cerulean Sea' by TJ Klune ā¤ļø The characters were written so beautifully, they totally captured my imagination and I felt compelled to draw them. Just a really sweet book to get yourself lost in.
It is my hourly comics!
Here are some sweet little bug character designs for a project iām on at the moment. I think my favourite thing to draw is cute bugs. I have this whole pitch idea Iād love to pursue one time, featuring all kinds of different buggins, but WHO HAS THE TIME??Ā
