The "Dormouse" in Your Zoom Room

Ever sat in a meeting and realized you were essentially acting as furniture?

In Chapter VII of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, the Dormouse is physically present but utterly ignored—talked over and used as an elbow cushion by the Hatter and the March Hare.

Modern corporate culture is full of "Dormice": muted avatars with cameras off, invited out of inertia, or sidelined from the real dialogue.

Does your management strategy ends with trying to "squeeze the Dormouse into the teapot" to quiet them down...?
