"hhhhohmygod," she fell to her knees several feet away from the Litten, so as to not spook it away. "Heeerrrreee Litty Litty Litty...." She made kissy noises, and held a hand out towards the fuzzy pokemon, flashing a nice orange patterned pokebean.

Ace knew better than to take food from strangers.

Scratch that, he took food from strangers all the time...but never quite from strangers this eager to meet him. It put him off slightly, but holy hell, that pokebean sure looked delicious...Why not, then?

He strolled over to the lady, purring sweetly, gently nibbling on the offered pokebean. His tail was wiggling to show contentment.

Ace flinched at the nose boop, wriggling his snout in reaction. 

It was surprising. He had always made the assumption that Guzma was a smelly, lazy, and maniacal moron. Getting pet and offered Pokebeans certainly made him rethink his earlier opinions. Ace was almost...glad he was wrong. He sat down, tail curling around him contently.

“Purrr...”

Ace shook his head to explain that, no, he did not have a trainer. He was a wild Pokemon. Unnatural for a starter, but even so. He ‘mrrowr’ed at the kind girl, nuzzling his warm forehead into her palm.

Ace rolled over onto his side. A soft, grumpy ‘mrrrh’ could be heard.

“Yeah, yeah, I’m fine. I just...really don’t wanna move...”

Being that he does not train cats—no, he was a BUG boy, not a CAT boy, BUGS!—Guzma had very little knowledge on how to earn their trust, much to the inconvenience of this current situation. The moment that the thug turned his back on the little Litten, it took but a moment for the tiny creature to LEAP upwards, tiny paws wrapping around the thug’s wrist.

! ! ! !

[ ☠ ] — “HEY YOU–!” Guzma WHIPS around, only doing so fast enough to watch as the fire type scampered away.

“RUDE! Fuck. Well there goes my fuckin’ beans,” he complained.

After trotting a good distance away, he looked behind him to make sure that his aggressor was no longer following him. Satisfied that he was not, Ace took a bite out of the bean, tail twitching as he purred.

It was...kind of odd really, relaxing this way. Normally, the attackers would continue to chase him until he found a den, a bush, divot, or even used a fireball to ward off the foe. Not being chased was a well deserved treat to add onto his precious Pokebean.

With a soft purr, and a quickened heartbeat, the little critter begins to go limp in the stranger’s arms. It takes a special hug to get Ace to ragdoll like that.
