- helia would be amazed

- even when they just met, he would be so in awe

- he wouldn't even understand HOW any being could think they’re terrifying

- as he first saw bunnys hop in the opposite direction of them, deers running away in light speed, turtles crawl back into their shell just because of his s/o..

- let‘s say he wasn't very understanding about it

- and if someone would have dared to mock them for the way they were dressing, he would've become so angry

- he had so much confidence in fighting with them

- at first he thought their monsters were creepy but didn't really admit it

- but soon he started to love it when they created monsters for a fight or just in general

- he was always so astonished by their powers

- his s/o was the god of his own world anyways

- when he noticed the scariest animals coming up to his s/o at first, he was about to kick them away or something

- but then their hand reached out and.. patted? a crocodiles?? head???

- and the crocodile decided to hum??

it was one of those nights for riven, how else should it have been. the whole day he was being plagued by thoughts about his past, things he would rather forget, but never quite knew how to accept. the things he said, he did and wish he wouldn't have done. that he was destined to have a nightmare, he was actually prepared for it, but not that bad.

it felt so real and and the same time, he knew this couldn't be. to be stuck under someone elses powers again, the thought alone was horror to him, but to actually relive the thought in a dream, it hit riven at a weak spot. so he woke up, his eyes were teary, he was sweating, panting and about to scream, cry and destroy something at the same time.

it all vanished, he was looking into the beautiful but worried, scared even, face of his dearest, his partner and love of his life. "riven?" his boyfriend had asked hesitant, patting his face softly and sending him a worried but lovely smile. "..a dream." was the only thing that riven could breath out, his heart was skipping eight miles a beat.

"it's okay. you‘re here now. here, with me, okay?" the other boy had said, as he laid his head onto rivens chest, snuggling into him. riven laid an arm around his dearest, as he stabilized his breath "i hate this. i don't want to have this past." his partner had sighed, as he turned to him, cupping his cheeks. "riven, you're strong. stronger, than anyone i've ever known, on the inside and the outside, there‘s nothing ever changing that.

the only person, that is stopping you, is you yourself. i know about your past, but i also know it wouldn't ever happen again. you're loved, you're smart and you have no reason to let yourself get tricked again." he had said, as riven sighed as well. "i know, i know, let's just sleep again. love you." with a last kiss on rivens forehead, his boyfriend fell asleep in his arms.

rivens eyes were only laying on him, peaceful. "thank you." riven had said, as he decided to get some sleep as well. this time, without a nightmare.

part 2- headcanons, being trapped in a magic soap bubble - aisha, daphne, luna, mirta & selina

aisha

- it would be so frustrating for her

- she is used to bubbles, she knows how water magic works, she never had such struggles.. so why did nothing work?

- she would try using her own powers which would obviously fail and have her almost giving up

- aisha would end up being absolutely shattered

- she would sit down, exhausted and trying to catch her breath due to her, smashing the bubbles walls with her magic

- aisha wouldn't be very scared or something, just confused and insecure about her skills

- if the bubble pops, she would be so confused by it

- aisha would want to learn the same magic as her enemys, which had created those bubbles

- it would get her even more ambitious

- if her friends were trapped in bubbles as well, she would try even more

- obviously, it would also get her even more sad

- she would always want to proof herself

- but now she just couldn't because of those stupid bubbles

- she wouldn‘t end up being just exhausted, even more sad and insecure

daphne

- daphne wouldn't give up that easily

- even the worst magic skills she had, anything, she would try it

- she would probably hurt herself bad but she wouldn't mind

- it would make her so sick, that she couldn‘t protect her friends or mates

- therefore she wants to be the one, getting them out of the bubbles

- it would leave her being exhausted, but her will and faith would be even stronger

- daphne wouldn't be scared about herself, but for the others

- if her mates would lose hope, that would be the point when she would lose hope

- she would stop everything and desperately trying to encourage them

- if they wouldn't listen, she would start offering everything she has to her enemy’s

- she would always try to convince her enemys, even offering her own death for the others to flee

- as the bubbles pops, she would just try to get out of the fight with her mates

- she would always take the lead if they didn‘t know what to do

luna

- she would be DONE

- probably would get angry

- she would try anything, even trying to dazzle her enemy’s through the bubble

- it wouldn't work, but that would make her even angrier

- she wouldn't stop fighting the bubble, even when she's at her limit

- if others of her friends are trapped too, she would also try to calm them

- she would always ask if anyone’s injured or just care for them in general

- she would try to cheer them up or just checking up on them regularly

- as soon as the bubble pops, she would be the first to attack

- she would be mad

- but if anyone’s really injured she would be the first to help them

mirta

- would probably break or at least get hopeless

- she would always try to talk good about it, but it would be no use

- her mind would be filled with doubts

- she would regret getting to alfea, ever getting into the magic world, etc

- although, she's actually still glad that she has been allowed to study in alfea

- she would try to use some of her illusions, but they wouldn't work

- she would end up being more hopeless than before, just because she knows, that she can do nothing but fight the bubble herself

- she would eventually start crying because of her regret

- but she wouldn't be scared of dying, because she knows hot get herself out of any bizarre situation

- still, she can't help but cry because of feeling useless

- if her friends or mates were trapped, she would cry even more

- she would be scared, that they would kick her out of the crew because of being useless

- although, she isn't useless

- if the bubbles pops, she would be so glad and try to prevent her enemys from fighting them

- she would calm herself and then try to fight again

selina

- she would be quick to notice, that it would be absolutely NO use to fight those bubbles

- she would give up easily, but not really

- she would still try to talk her enemy’s and try to convince them with anything

- even the spells, she didn't expect the bubble to block, wouldn’t work

- she didn't care, maybe she was a bit scared but wouldn't show it

- she would try to think of any way of getting out of there

- if mates were around, she would try to tell them what was going on in her head

- she would try to share her options or her ways of thinking

- she would try to encourage everyone with facts or possible ways

- as the bubbles pops, she just shrugs it off and continues to fight

- she would stay determinded

- even if she would be alone, she wouldn’t lose hope

- her fear isn’t even noticeable

- would use all of her powers to get out of there or at least try

- even when she can’t get out of it, she wouldn’t stop trying

- as soon as the bubble pops she trys to keep a clear mind

- she is already preparing a new attack or trying to dodge the next one

- bloom wouldn’t let her guard down

- if her enemys are near, as she is trapped in the bubble, she would try to convince them to pop the bubble

- and if her mates are trapped too, she tries to calm them down

- bloom is just a real leader

musa

- musa would try to keep calm

- but she would fail in the end :/

- she would always hum her mothers melody to herself

- at the end she would just try to hide in her music

- her begs of freeing her are becoming more desperate with every minute passing

- she is literally punching her fists bloody on those magical bubbles

- musa loses her mind

- when she gets out of it, she feels so relieved

-it’s like some 50 pounds are being took off her shoulders

- she would be so happy to be out of it again

- if others are trapped too, she tries to stay calm, but she can’t help but stress all the time

- blooms calming words are helping tho

tecna

- tecna would look for ANY kind of getting out of there

- she would search the internet,

- try any magic,

- try ripping the bubble open,

- jumping, punching, kicking,

- ANYTHING

- it would leave her so full of despair, because her enemys were one step ahead

- she would fall into deep despair, sit on the ground of the bubble, stare into the nothingness

- her mind would feel like exploding

- tecna would constantly start to doubt her skills and anything

- if the bubble pops, tecna would stay desperate

- her mind and body wouldn’t react, because she actually felt like trash

- it would mess with her a lot

- if her friends would be trapped too, she would get even more desperate

- even blooms words couldn’t help there :/

flora

- flora would actually try to pop the bubble, although she wouldn’t be scared

- as long as they won’t fall off a cliff or anything, she just tries on fighting through the bubble

- no luck, the nature isn’t listening to her because the bubble prevents her abilities

- she would actually be very afraid, but she calms herself

- she knows, someway they’re gonna get out of there

- her heart is racing, as the bubble pops

- she is ready for fighting and happy, to listen to the nature again

- she just wants to feel the nature again

- flora wouldn’t be afraid to be inside of the bubble, because her enemys couldn’t hurt them through it as well

- if her friends were trapped as well, she would still talk to them

- she would always make sure, that everyone isn’t taking the situation too rough and tries to calm them as well

stella

- stella would try anything to get out of there as well

- she would be kinda scared, but not really REALLY scared

- and nobody would notice her fear

- she would always try to keep her mind at bay or remind herself, that she has been through worse

- then she would remember who she was fighting for and who would expect her to win

-  so she would give 110% of her powers

- even though, it would be no use

- stella would try to think positive and try to talk to her enemys

- “it’s pretty weak to get someone in such a helpless situation”

- “maybe you’re just too scared, that we could actually hurt you”

- as soon as the bubbles pops, she puts her powers to real use

- she would give her ALL

- when her mates would be trapped as well, she would try to cheer everyone up

- she would spread positivity everywhere, or at least try

roxy

- roxy would get scared. like: very scared

- she would probably break down, as soon as she notices, that her skills have no use

- she thinks her death is waiting at her doorstep right now and this is her fate

- although, everyone is telling her to keep her chin up

- she would really break when she notices, that she can’t hear the voices of animals anymore

- she is getting so sad and doubts herself too

- roxy isn’t used to such things, so she thinks this is gonna end her

- as soon as the bubbles pops, she would try to calm herself

- she would be fast to get up again and try to fight

- if her friends were trapped as well, it would be over for her

brandon felt like, he couldn’t get to hold himself anymore, as he watched - this gorgeous person, this stunning stranger, this unknown human - fly into the sky, some gigantic wings were gracing their back, every beat of those soft-looking wings felt like an angelic hit, right into his heart, setting it on fire. he wasn’t even able to catch a thought, as he was running after them, knowing very well, that only pure stupidity was leading him. the trix and some other witches, that had decided it would be best to eliminate the specialist, just to get rid off the winx, were waiting for the group of boys to come out of their hiding spot and now, brandon was risking everything, for that stranger.

“brandon, what the actual damn is your problem?!” riven spit those words out, only disgust left in his voice. brandon didn’t think about it, running right behind that stranger, who was flying right in front of him. their wings were flapping in the rythm of his heartbeat, like an anthem that had cured every bad thought, even if it was just for a moment. his eyes were only focused on the figure in front of him, they didn’t even notice him because their eyes were fixated on the trix. the trio had laughed, as they noticed the descendant. they didn’t even think about bowing down to them, they didn’t respect them like brandon did. he wanted this angelic being to just look at him and to appreciate him for a second.

he never had a problem, when he had to get girls, so why was this so hard for him? as they moved their hands to gesture a circle, their voice was shouting something like: ‘ether grip’ and right after, some weird looking fessels were hugging the witches tightly. the other witches were only staring and brandon was about to snort or shout something like: quit staring, but he decided to keep looking at them. their wings were made out of feathers and they formed a heart, everytime they were flapping. the other specialists joined brandon, standing in a line now, behind this stranger. the witches started to struggle, as the angel performed some new attacks and soon, they were long gone.

“hey, you really helped us out there!” sky said, loud and clearly, leaving the human to turn around. brandon was astonished, his heart beating faster and his smile growing wider by the minute. “uh, oh it was.. nothing.” they said, quite shocked by the suprise. “you’re gorgeous.” was the only thing brandon could say and it was the only thing, that took place in his mind. the stranger blushed, as the other boys were mocking him, joking and laughing. brandon couldn’t help but blush as well, he was quite ashamed that he said that out loud.

“thank you.” the stranger said, as they introduced themselves as yn, a name brandon wouldn’t be forgetting any time soon. and he wished, he could’ve asked more question, but their time, sadly, was limited. even though, they only exchanged a few words, brandon knew, he had to find them again, at any cost.

- but oh boy riven got to face a WHOLE other side of his s/o, when they were fighting another for the first time ever

- riven had no idea he was THAT strong like oof

- he won without even really losing a sweat. riven was so astonished

- soon they started dating and riven couldn’t help but notice how different his s/o was when they weren’t fighting

- giggled which had the sound of sweetest melody in the world,

riven snorted, rolling his eyes. “you do know, that you’re one of the strongest people i know, right?” , his s/o asked, his hand held onto his other one, as he send an nervous glance in rivens directions. “hmm, yeah but still not as strong as you.” riven grinned, as he sat up a bit, laying a kiss onto his s/os lips. the boy flushed, as riven broke the kiss and smirked more. “you need to warn me about such things, riven, someday i’m gonna get an heart attack because of you.” he blushed and dodged rivens gaze. riven only laughed about his s/os cuteness, and he swore, someday he would get stronger. just.. not yet.

being in love with the king of eraklyon wasn’t very nice, actually. you had many insecurities, due to sky, having his own fanbase and alot of women that liked him and could get him, just by their looks. sure, everyone was quite uniqe in their own way, but you felt like, you were always in competiton. he was handsome, yeah, but you loved him because he was more than that. the way, he would carry his loved ones and friends on his hands, like he never did anything better or rather than that. you were so in love with the way his hair was complimenting his blue eyes, the way he always wanted to show how much love he had inside of him, the way he never wanted to harm anyone on purpose.

he was gorgeous on the inside and on the outside and sometimes, you felt like you were one of his secret admirer, that actually wanted to know him and that actually thought, he had a great personality. you, for sure, weren’t the only one and you were sure, that he wouldn’t choose you over those other pretty women with their perfect smiles, glimmering eyes, silky hair and best attitude, even though, you had everything they had and even more, like a smart brain, a good personality and some other features, that weren’t just based on looks. you were someone with cool hobbies, someone others looked up to and you were one of the first students in your year, that had gotten their enchantix.

everyone thought of you as a great friend, a good student, a nice fellow creature and some even thought you were the coolest person to exist, but not you yourself. even though you were more than loved, you didn’t even notice a single bit of it and you couldn’t help but hate the way you would always put yourself down just because of some girls, that never seemed to bother you in your daily life. to be true to you, sky also didn’t bother to even talk to them, sure they were good to look at, but nothing he had been searching for. he was quite clever, he knew they would just use him for his title as a king.

on a warm night in spring, he walked up a hill, that had the best view on the stars tonight. he didn’t know you were also laying there, stargazing and humming melodies, that played in your head for god knows how long. it was actually pretty soothing and quite nice, to see your form laying on the grass, your hair spread above you head in any direction, your smile never leaving your face, even when you were just looking at the stars. sky was in awe. 

“what a nice song.” he had said, as you stopped humming. he knew, this would sound pretty scary, because you hadn’t notice him in any way. “huh? oh, yeah. i like it too.” you said, even though your voice was shaking because of the great suprise of sky standing here, next to you, underneath those stars. he hesitated: “may i sit down?” you nodded and patted the seat next to you, inviting him to sit down. he took that invitation and soon, you two were stargazing.

that this would happen to you, on such a simple night on such an uneventful day, it was cool and at the same time, you were fearing that he actually wanted to have some alone time. without you as his company, that is. “you know, i can go if you want to be alone.” you said, as you twirled a strand of hand in your hands. “oh no, please stay, i was actually glad that you were also here.” he said, as he send you a smile. me? you thought and due to your disbelief, you also said it out loud, the moment you thought the exact same thing.

“yeah, i noticed you were always somewhere behind, when me and my team came up. you always had me notice you, but somehow i was afraid of asking you anything or something. now, that we’re both here, it’s actually pretty cool.” he said, his face was flushing red, as you also blushed. a hand came up to your cheeks to check, if they were also getting as hot as you were feeling. “oh- really? i was about to talk to you, twice even. i always thought, you didn’t think much about someone like me.” you said, his eyes got wide “are you kidding? i think you’re great”

riven loved to party. when there was a party around, you could be sure to find riven there. he especially loved when women were able to dance, when they weren’t ashamed to swing their hips, even though he wasn’t the type to dance. although, that tended to change when he was already a little bit tipsy and fond of someone that was enjoying the dancefloor. he wouldn’t talk to them, he also wouldn’t walk up to them, but he would try to catch their gaze as often as he could, even if he wasn’t going to admit it to them.

now, this time it was different. he had forgotten that it was bloom whose birthday was being celebrated in this big club, if sky hadn’t told him, but he knew, that he would enjoy his time here. the lights weren’t dazzling, the music wasn’t too bad and the people around were quite cool actually. he felt good, as he ordered something to drink for himself, because he knew, there would be some girls to look at. he observed the the crowd of people, in which he saw the winx, some of his friends and many other unkown figures, that he wasn’t very interested in. the bartender handed him a bottle of this liqour, that riven had ordered, as he noticed the stage, that stood right behind the dancefloor. riven had the best view on the stage, when he sat at the bar, but there was nothing to look at, except for drums and a microfon.

helia came over, short after riven had analyzed the stage, asking if riven wanted to come over. “well, not really. i don’t feel like dancing.” the boy had replied, as the lights turned from the dancefloor to the stage. helia seemed to know what was going on, that’s why he walked back to the others and watched the stage, as he stood on the dancefloor. riven found it better, to stay at the bar, while observing, since it was the best view to have on the stage. he hadn’t had heard anything from a performance from a band, but it wasn’t exactly bad to listen to something else than just typical party music. that was, until that girl had stepped onto the stage. riven had never seen her before, but he was wondering, how did bloom get to know her exactly?

he found the girl, that just had stepped onto the stage, you, quite gorgeous. your outifit, your hair, your smile and the way you held the guitar in your hands, it was so nice to look at and he couldn’t turn his gaze away from you. as you stopped in front of the microphone to clear your throat and send a grin to the crowd, he forgot about himself. his gaze was glued to you, the whole time, even though he tried not to look too amazed by you. your band members stood on the stage with you. there was a drummer, two bass guitarists, two guitarist and you, as a singer. you were playing the guitar as well and riven could swear, you also looked into his direction more than once.

“so, first of all, happy birthday bloom.” you spoke into the microphone, while everyone applauded for the redhaired girl “the song, we’re going to play, is for everyone, who isn’t dancing tonight. let’s get it.”

riven was amazed by you, as you laid your fingers on your guitar and you all started to play those instruments, like you never did anything else. you looked so good, feeling the song, harmonizing with your band mates, walking around on the stage, everyone was cheering. riven listened, he looked at you and those lyrics, they fit so perfectly. it was like any heavenkind being had listened to his thoughts and programmed this situation, that he was so fond of. the way you sang, your facial expressions, the way your arms were wandering off your guitar to get ahold of the mic stand, to sing with all your might. or as you sang the chorus and your hands were on the guitar again, strumming and hitting the notes, one by one.

he found it so attractive to watch you, his feet were tapping on the floor and his eyes weren’t holding the usual boredom. and as the chorus ended, the way you walked again, to meet on the stage with your other guitarist. you smiled, both of you, it was looking like you had some kind of a battle or as if the movements you both were doing were scripted. it all fit so perfect into the situation. as you sung again, riven found himself nodding in rythm, smirking as he watched you. the performance felt endless. the way you sung, looked down on the guitar to check and then looked back up, with this smirk on your face. it all sounded so dreamlike, even when you weren’t paying attention to the instrument you were holding. and as you were done, the lights dimmed again.

the room was filled with applauding and cheering, whistles and encore. riven felt like the situation had warmed him up, he was so full of adrenaline and he hadn’t even noticed, how his attitude had gone while he was watching you. he looked like he was paralyzed, hadn’t expected you to play that good, hadn’t expected you to be performing so roused. he just sat there, for quite some time, thinking and trying not to look too stupid. riven had took some sips out of his bottle, as someone sat next to him. “hey, i bet you look good on the dancefloor.” you said, as riven turned to you. his heart sunk as he smirked, you grinned as well. “well then, care to join me?”

having the words “excuse me?” as your soulmark on your wrist, really sucked. you hated it, because every tourist that asked for a direction, every person that maybe wanted to get your attention, almost everyone did say it once in a daily life. it always had your blood cold as ice, as soon as somebody asked for excuse, which was directed at you. but you never showed your soulmark and never really tried to get annoyed about it. if your soulmate had been one of the people, that had asked for your forgiveness at one point of your life, then they would’ve noticed, because they had your first words, directed at them, marked as well. almost everyday you wore bracelets, hair ties or anything that covered your mark. you felt exposed, when people could see your mark, because it made you feel weak. anyone could mess with you, when they acted like you were their soulmate or something among those lines.

so not even your best friends, the winx club, knew about your mark. bloom had found her soulmate, it was sky. the two were lucky, finding another at such an early age. layla hadn’t found her soulmate, just as you did, but it was alright for both of you, ofting joking as single ladies. musa hadn’t got a soulmark, that’s why she dated riven, who was also living without a mark. musa sometimes drew a some vocabularies on her wrist and said something like: “hey look, my mark appeared” she was just kidding, she had accepted the way that no one was destined for her. tecna had found timmy, who was her soulmate. the two really fit another and also stella and brandon were together, even if the two of them weren’t marked. well, brandon was, but his soulmate rejected him, so he moved on and his mark disappeared. flora also got rejected by her soulmate, so she had found helia, who treated her like she was his soulmate. the problem about that: he wasn’t.

you never talked to helia, you two just have seen another but you never had a conversation with another. it wasn’t like you knew him really, you thought he was handsome, dreamlike even, but you would never say it out loud or even admit it, fearing that flora would be sad about it. it was alright and time passed, you were learning, that a soulmate wasn’t everything, that life was about. you learned to handle your lonliness, even the feeling of your heart, stinging in your chest. you didn’t know where it came from, but sometimes you felt like your heart was in pain. often, you would feel sick and have a fever, when your heart did that. you never knew where it came from, but it was alright and you were managing it.

that was until the specialists had a day off, so they decided to visit alfea. it was a good idea, everyone was good to go and you stood on the schoolyard with layla. the girls went to greet their boyfriends, as you two stayed behind. “come on, let’s greet them.” layla offered, you nodded and you two walked up to the couples. “hey, there they come.” stella laughed, brandons arm was resting on her shoulders as she gestured, that you two should come faster. you laughed, as the couples were forming a semicircle. you eyed each one of them, layla already talking to musa and riven. flora nodded at you, her smile was wide and her eyes were glimmering, when she looked at helia. helia returned her smile, although he couldn’t help but catch himself looking at you.

“you two make quite the couple.” you said into helias direction, as he, once again, looked at you. actually, he had been smiling at you, but now his smile was gone and replaced with disbelief and shock. “excuse me?” he asked, as your heart froze. wait a second. you two looked at another in shock. “oh my god.” you mumbled, as you put your hand on your chest, feeling your heart, pounding and most of all: stinging again. you began to feel dizzy, closing your eyes and turning around, walking away. your steps were fast, almost like you were running. “yn?” somebody asked, you couldn’t hear if it was helia or flora asking for your attention, all you could feel were tears welling up and a breaking heart.
