damn i finally lost some water weight plus ive walked 13 km yesterday🖤
my first gw is just 1.5kg away ahhhh
overall since hospital (3 weeks ago) ive lost 5kg.
Here are some tips that helped me a lot 💖
1. i skip breakfast because i feel nauseous from the morning
2. drink minimum 3 cups of green tea (your guys will love you)
3. Meal prep some chicken breast rice and a salad in small containers (when you really need to eat something)
4. don't take a bus, walk everywhere, take your headphones and walk at least 30mins a day
5. I have a sweet tooth so i made a lil desert thats atill really healthy and low in kalories, here it is:
*one spoon of greek joghurt
*tiny amount of maple syrup
*crushed ricecake
and repeat
6. if you loose control and eat normally you better purge, the feeling of something weighting me down is alot worse
7. instead of scale, measure yourself
8. chia seeds and jello for life 👹👹
9.spend a lot of timecleaning and organising your house
10. take care of your body 💖
