red bell pepper - 36 kcals (probably less since i didnt use the entire thing)
raw baby carrots - 21 kcals
kale lettuce - about 25 calories
total: 110.5 kcals!

filling snack! low kcal
40 raspberries - 40 kcals
1 rice cake - 35 kcals
total: 75 kcals! and it is so filling. it is the first thing ive eaten all day and i will be full until dinner time.
food haul! all of this stuff is super healthy and you can make some super healthy low kcal dinners!

i went from 115 lbs yesterday to 111 today! i am so happy i think i’m going to cry
i successfully avoided a BINGE binge by eating apple slices and apple cinnamon rice cakes instead of the entire box of golfish i was craving (: im not proud of how many calories i consumed but its much less than what i would have eaten!
[made by me] i hate how weak fasting makes me but ive just gotta get used to it haha
self tip:
if you ever get the urge to binge and can’t stop yourself, binge HEALTHY foods! i know you crave the things that are the worst for you, but if you stuff your face with healthy stuff you will only have so much room for the bad, or none at all! and less regret the next day :) this helps me, i hope it can help someone else as well!
i need advice!!
my family is making me go to one of my favorite restaurants tonight... but i dont want to eat anything there. even a salad is almost 500 calories, and the meal i used to get is over 1000! how do i get out of eating? someone PLEASE help!
ive been only drinking water & diet coke for the past 3 days with no food and ive dropped from 115 lbs to 113 lbs! i know this isnt much but little steps haha :) ive never been more motivated to keep fasting
