Lottie Little - the anticipation before the kiss mirrored in my shaking lips oh god I feel so unprepared the two of us so out of place my feelings written on my face got what I want but now I'm scared
â Yeah, Iâm fine, â He said easily, fixing his headphones before leaning down to help her gather her books. He was antisocial and brooding, but he wasnât a bad person. And the two of them running into eachother had definitely been partially his fault. â Are you ? I wasnât watching where i was going. Foul of the tormented kid, I just didnât want them to look. â He nodded in the direction of the jocks.
Lottie gently took her books back from Jughead, a grateful smile on her lips. She decided to shove them into her book bag that was slung over her shoulder. â Yeah, Iâm okay. â She nodded, pushing her hair behind her ear. She followed his gaze for a moment, rolling her eyes at the jocks that stood across the hall. â Theyâre just a bunch of untrained animals, â she breathed out. â Howâs your day been anyway? â
Waiting in Popâs for her first order, as her mother had suggested this place, she was surprised to see that the place was clean, and chic. Whilst scrolling through Instagram, she received a call from one of her obnoxious New York friends. âNo I wonât be able to make it - I told you, Iâve moved,â Veronica scoffed, before repeating herself loudly, âI said NO, I wonât be going!â After quickly ending the call, she turned around at the person waiting behind her, âSorry, was I being too loud?â
Lottie stood quietly behind the raven-haired girl, trying to mind her own business, though the other girlâs tone was definitely making it hard for her not to overhear her conversation. But when the unnamed girl turned around to face Lottie, she just offered a sweet smile.Â
â Itâs absolutely fine. I have two brothers, thatâs barely loud. â She spoke, her hands slipping into the pockets of her jeans.Â
(¸.⢠â â A small sigh escaped from her lips now looking down at her phone. âNot againâŚâ Her mom was calling her but she didnât want to answer and go home now so she decided to just turn her phone off and then turned to the person that was with her. âIâm sorry, uhm, what you were saying?â
Lottie held her books to her chest, patiently waiting for Betty to finish what she was doing. Smiling at the blonde, Lottie hummed for a second. â I was just wondering if you had any notes for our math class? I missed the lesson today because my parents left early so I had to get my little brother to school. â She laughed softly, shaking her head.
Jughead made his way down the busy hallway, trying to focus on the music that was practically blasting through his headphones. He shoved his hands harshly into his pockets as he passed a group of football players, keeping his eyes down. Donât make eye contact was something he learned a long time ago, that making eye contact was dangerous and apparently riled people â particularly egomaniac jocks â to no end. The only issue was that he couldnât see very far in front of him, and didnât even realize that he was walking straight into someone, running into them hard enough to knock his headphones off his head and onto his shoulders. â What the fuck â â
Lottie let out a rather surprised sound as she ran into someone, her books dropping to the hallway floor with an embarrassingly loud thud. â Oh my God, Iâm so sorry. â Lottie spoke softly, a small laugh coming from her lips as she knelt down to gather her books up from the possibly dirty floor. â Are you alright? â
⌠* ¡ Ë NATALIA DYER & SEVENTEEN & BICURIOUS  /  well, well, well, riverdales own CHARLOTTE LITTLE, fancy seeing you in pops, drinking a VANILLA MILKSHAKE. actually no, thatâs a pretty typical LOTTIE thing to do. thereâs been talk around town that theyâre very PURE but yet so NAĂVE ! but all i see when i look at them is sparkling lipgloss, white sheets, glowing angel wings, devil found in a lover, soft spoken words. riverdale is a chaotic town these days, letâs hope theyâre not the reason why.
