idk being transgender is so cool. always an ally to alien fuckers but I always start giggling when anyone says they want to or they want a character to have (human) sex with an eridian. it would suck so bad and it would be terrible and so uncomfortable. all the power to you but it would be such a bad time for both parties involved and I cannot help but laugh
if you're trying to stick shit up an eridian's orifice you're not dedicated and you don't care about the eridian's pleasure. we can presume most eridians wouldn't want to have their internal organs fucked. that's not gonna be pleasureable for the average eridian unless they're specifically into that. and there wouldn't be many who are considering eridian sex is just laying eggs next to each other. if you wanna have sex with an eridian you gotta get weird and commit. it is not going to look anything like any form of human sex. there probably won't even be any direct contact even if you ignore the atmospheric differences. get your head in the game.

i absolutely agree with the thought that most people are going about it wrong and only taking human pleasure into consideration and ignoring the eridian perspective.
(quick side note: i am wrong often and there's every possibility i've got some detail in here wrong. this is a lot of stream of consciousness overthinking i wrote at 2am and then spent the last several days trying to edit into something coherent.)
like you said, having human sex with an eridian would not work well. but i also dont think human sex can be compared to eridian reproduction.
as far as i understand canon, eridian reproduction isnt a pleasure based activity.
human sex often is. and if we're looking at alien fuckers, that's typically what they're going for. (there is a more complicated discussion that could had about human sex and pleasure but this could be a whole other post that i'm not qualified to write and also thatâs not the point of this post. again, this is about alien fuckers.)
a fun discussion i see sometimes is how to define "sex" (for humans).* because definitions that are based on reproduction or penetration are usually exclusionary. (it is especially excluding queer people and the pleasure of people with vaginas.(this could also be a whole other post i'm not qualified to write.))
so question number one of human/eridian sex would need to look at any sort of eridian biological ritual with the intention of creating physical pleasure. one that is comparable to human sexual activity.
now we dont know much about physical rituals. but we know some about biology.
question two. pleasure.
human physical pleasure comes from stimulation of nerves. this applies to any of the senses but typically for sex, there is more focus on touch.
now obviously the eridian nervous system is very different from our own.
so what do we know about the eridian nervous system.

yeah that tells us how movement happens but doesnt tell much about sensation.
we can reasonably assume they have a sense of touch, (insert book quote of rocky telling grace why they hear the same frequencies and apply the same logic) but not how that feels or how sensitive it is.

what you're actually sensing is temperature changes and the movement of water. but you cant sense moisture. humans just dont need to so it never evolved.
my point is, the sense of touch is not entirely straight forward and the ability to touch isnt the same as sensitivity in touch.
do they actually feel touch or is it just an awareness that something is there? we dont know.
so. cant determine eridian touch sensitivity. (and even if we could, incompatible atmosphere.)
but, touch isnt the only sense, it doesnt have to be touch based.
we know they have extremely sensitive hearing, it's their main sense. and i would make the assumption that it is most likely their most sensitive sense.
i think your best bet for some sort of human/eridian pleasure based activity would be sound based.
