Age regression isn’t just aesthetic moodboards and happily watching a children’s show. Sometimes it’s going nonverbal due to involuntary regressing back to a toddler while frightened. Sometimes it’s involuntarily regressing at the worse possible time - like at work or in the supermarket.

I just want my fellow littles to know, especially if you regress to cope with trauma, that your experiences are valid and that involuntary regression isn’t something to be ashamed of.
