I dont even know how to fucking say this but there's now a third RGB ripoff. Its in a youtube video for a new series called UNT!TLED: PILOT
I feel very bad for mod. First it was the visual novel game copy and Mr. Puzzles, now this. I find it unlikely that the creator of this has never heard of RGB, Mr. Puzzles or the current situation involving both fandoms and characters.
I find it very crazy that RGB is the only tv head and tumblr sexyman to keep getting stolen over and over again, and each case appears to be exceptionally malicious and/or careless, but I guess that comes in the bundle of crappy morals from people who steal characters and don't even bother to change the colors or backstory.
And we have the CAV trailer coming. I hope both of these groups behave. I am uncomfortable to tell mod about this. Especially now. Someone probably will.

Just know that, per description, this has been done by a 13 y-o and a team of 15 people, probably around their age (they say as much in the comment and said description, so that's not me outing anyone here).
This one will actually be easier to disprove, methinks : it clearly just showed up very recently, and everything that makes up the character seems to be a mash of Caine, Tenna, and RGB-by-virtue-of-Mr Puzzles. It's clear that there are lots of TADC references in there, as well as to Deltarune - less sure they know about RGB though.
But here's the thing : it's clearly referencing/parodying pre-existing works (down to the Netflix sound at the beginning), also they made the effort of giving the TV head character different dial positions, a whooping 8 colors for a mouth bar and in rainbow order instead of error screen, no hat, a bow-tie mix, and the whole is more reminiscent of Caine (that's Caine suit almost 1:1).
Reference and parody are fair use, also this team isn't using it for lucrative purposes (so, no winning money). Just like the SMG4 series parodied Mario, in the beginning, until they started getting bigger and earning income - this is where they were slowly landing themselves in hot water (and even then, a bit before).
They're also not earning any money from any merch over this likeness.
What they'd likely need to do, however, is putting a disclaimer with the rightful credits, and that this is a non-lucrative project supposed to parody/reference pre-existing work, just to be safe.
While there are a lot of resemblances, if this is a reference to RGB (but mostly Caine and Tenna despite the head), then it falls under fair use : it would acknowledge that RGB previously existed.
Mr Puzzles is not referencing RGB in any way or form, nor acknowledging his existence nor Mod's IP, and money is made over his likeness, aka design, which gets confused for RGB a whole damn lot (rerouting of profits) and lead to the deterioration of someone's well-being.
Let's just sit back and watch where it's going. Also : I don't want to see anybody harass or do anything bad to them. Just gently explain about the disclaimer and credits bit if you have to, if not, leave them the hell alone.
Thanks for your ask - you seem pretty riled up and tired from what I see, and frankly, that's fairly comprehensible. This situation has flayed everyone raw, and the slightest thing like this has us all on high alert. For the CAV teaser announcement, let's see how it'll play out, but if you find or get any idiots in your inbox, ping me into the ask (@hisui555), or send screenshots and a link (screenshots are very important : you can delete, but please take screenshots first and either keep them for later or send them over !!), and I'll do my best to deal with that.
The more evidence we have that there's a serious problem with the SMG4 fandom (barring the real fans, those who simply enjoy the stories and characters and shipping without harming anyone), the better. Because nobody will be able to play the denial card anymore, and it stems from the root problem that a bunch of adults' carelessness literally endangered a person's well-being down the line.
Please don't forget to take care of yourself, alright ? Thanks for finding this, so we won't be blind-sided by it, and we have context : that's a young team doing stuff for amusement here. There's rip-off and there's inspiration : an inspiration clearly references the work and IP it's inspired from (here, TADC mostly, with bits and chunks of other stuff, RGB and/or Mr Puzzles probably included).
While the creators of Mr Puzzles seemingly refuse to acknowledge anything about Mod and their IP, for now.
Here lies the difference.
(One way to solve the mess without anyone losing anything would be, in fact, have Mr Puzzles' creators recognize Mod's IP and RGB as an inspiration and influence. Or at least put a statement citing both IPs and creators as separate and having nothing to do with each other. Which would have solved this all in, what, two-three weeks tops ? But oh well...)
