I’m making the Wild Life Spanner snails and I need to figure out which color to paint Snumbo’s shell since I’m game it’s brown but it was retconned to be black for the official stickers? Entangled: A Desert Duo Tangled Inspired Fanfiction

SO-

I saw a TikTok that depicted Scar and Grian in the boat scene of Tangled and immediately thought up a plot for an entire fanfiction... but I need some help. Obviously, Grian will take the role of Rapunzel, and Scar will take the role of Flynn Ryder. I'm thinking I'll put Mumbo as either Pascal or Maximus but every other role needs some help to figure out. I was thinking of making Mother Gothel have an oc stand-in just because I plan on having the stand-in be a watcher and the closest one to being a watcher in the LifeSeries is Martyn and I don't think it's a smooth fit.

I still need help deciding Grian's birthparents/the royals of his kingdom, the members of the ugly duckling, the stabbington brothers, and I could probably incorporate more characters since the fanfic won't be a one-to-one rendition of the movie.
